The absolute worst place I have eaten in the south for Soul Food. I feel cheated. This place came highly recommended by a lady I met at the welcome center. The food was amazing. I told the lady in the restaurant I traveled from CA and specifically chose this place.

WHERE DO I BEGIN!!!!!. Walking through the door you are greeted with such welcome. The SERVICE is excellent. Julie was our waitress. She was knowledgeable about the food. I saved the best for LAST. THE FOOD. This food was what you call Southern Cooking. It was seasoned to perfection. We had the crab legs with corn potatoes and sausage, gumbo, red beans and rice, salmon on bed of pasta. Yum Yum Yum. Nothing is over priced at all. I had to make sure That was really the prices. Did I mention the drinks. Best Strawberry Daiquiri hands down. This is my favorite Restaurant in Vicksburg. I will be back.

Tasha was absolutely wonderful. Very sweet, attentive, and with a smile. I ordered the wings and thought they would be standard small wings. No! They were huge and the flavor was the best I have had in Vicksburg. The Philly cheese steak was very tasty and was seasoned well enough that it needed no condiments. I will return! You can tell that this food is made with love!

Overpriced, none of the food was good, ordered 2 vicksburgers and they were both not cooked on one side, shrimp alfredo was yellow, had to complain after eating it and was offered something else, i got some loaded fries and they were ruined with packet gravy. Waitress had to ask us if we wanted to take the raw burger i didnt eat off the bill, still got charged for one of them and the nasty fries. Lost 100$ and was sick the next day, i reccomend staying FAR away.

Went for first time tonight……OMG!!!!! Fabulous!!! I had the Crawfish cakes and the Bourbon Street pasta dish. As I’m working in Vicksburg for a month this is going to be my go-to place. Not only is the food just outstanding the friendly servers and smiling faces makes it that much better. This is how a restaurant should operate. Thank you Loveys’ staff, the Chef and my server KiKi.

My server Mrs. Nichelle (Owner) was friendly and very welcoming upon arrival. We were seated quickly upon arrival and our drink orders taken. Our order was placed relatively quickly and our food arrived about 20 minutes later. Food was fresh, hot and comforting to say the least. The chicken was fried to perfection, fries were crisp with a small exception. Prices are reasonable ($16 for the 5 Wing Combo and the same for the Bourbon Street Shrimp Pasta). I would suggest that if you get the 5 Wing Combo that you ask that your fries be put on a separate plate. Before leaving I decided to swing by the restroom to wash my hands and the bathroom was in really good shape. Clean floors, urinals and toilets with the option of paper towels at the automatic dispenser or hot air blowers. I most definitely will be coming back to this location.

Not very impressive.. The food was very bland, had a lot of rice and not a lot of meat or vegetables and I was overcharged for my meal. The bread pudding was tasteless. The topping had a sweet flavor but was mostly just sugar. Customer service was not very good either. The owner seems very controlling of all aspects of the business and doesn’t seem to trust her employees to assist with many functions.

Tosha was our server. She was incredibly kind and knew the menu thoroughly. She ordered for me and the food was incredible. It was like southern poutine. Best gravy I’ve ever had in my life. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.
