I recently visited for the first time on which was Mothers Day. I must say from start to finish we had a excellent server . He even opened the door for my Mom who was in a wheelchair. This means a lot in service. I had the crawfish etoffee and my Mom had wrapped bacon on cheddar grits. Excellent!!! I will come back. Food averages 12-15 per plate with generous portions. My hats off to this great Cajun eatery in Friendswood. Way to go guys , I had a memorable dinner with my 88 year old Mom.

Food was very good, the atmosphere is a very good to watch sports. I would recommend and I will come back. We had fish and shrimp with bean and rice along with green beans. We also had chicken and sausage gumbo, both were spot on.

I have to be gluten & dairy free, ate there tonight, had blackened shrimp & grilled redfish with dirty rice & coleslaw. Yum. Here’s a pic. Reasomable lunch prices until 4pm.

I had never heard of this place before. If you are reading this, you wont be disappointed. I’ve been there twice in the past couple of weeks. Both times they were super slow. Second time my husband and I were the only ones in the place. I was speaking to the waitress who said they had just opened up like 2 months before the pandemic hit. Just like every other eatery they had to shut down until opening back up just recently. I feel bad for them because of that. They definitely have not had a fair chance for the community to get a taste of their awesome food. Please go and check this place out.

Blown away on how good the food was and how much you get for the price… My wife and I stopped here for our anniversary rather than traveling to Galveston as usual. I am extremely glad we decided to go here. Not only was the food extremely good the service was just as good. The waitress was extremely attentive to us the whole time. The food was fresh not frozen, 10x better than Floyd’s or where we would have normally gone in Galveston. Also the prices are very reasonable and you get a good amount of food. Will definitely be a regular here!

Great food, good service. Gumbo needed a little salt. Cheesy grits and onion rings were homemade and spectacular. The brownie with ice cream on top was amazing and a great way to end a wonderful meal. Only real complaint I have is they must change to bluebell ice cream. Texans can always tell the difference.

The service was amazing! The food was delicious! I had the snow crab and shrimp boil. Definitely recommend the boudin balls and loaded brisket fries! Yum! Will definitely be back! Nothing was overpriced and the the atmosphere was very relaxed. 10/10

It was edible, but far from incredible. The service was fast, then slow because our waitress was stuck behind the bar with a large group. Super loud could barely hold a conversation at our table. My sons shrimp had an unappetizing pool of grease that we poured off onto a plate. Hubby’s “fish” was as thin as the batter. The grilled shrimp were the best item and had a nice flavor as did the cole slaw. Will we back? A resounding NO!
