Nice little hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. Family was craving Ramen and Chinese food. I’m glad we came here. They have so many options to choose from. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re not sure. Family of five spent 85 dollars. Came back the next day for lunch, large portions of food. We could not finish so of course we we will plenty of leftovers.

If you are in this area, you must go to the List Garden! Best of the best food and services!

I do NOT recommend…fried rice smelled like raw eggs, & was cooked in a wok that was not rinsed. Half of the Gen Tso was tossed with sauce in a wok- the other half was fried, placed on top with sauce poured over it. So the sauce was mainly @ the bottom of the plate.

I have been wanting to try lu garden for quite some time since it’s only about a mile away from my house! I was craving some dan dan noodles today and looked up their menu and saw that they had some! I decided to place an order to pick up and was so excited! I also ordered 2 pork egg rolls. When I went to pick up my food..The guy behind the counter was very cold and short with me, but I didn’t mind as he probably had a long day and I was just excited about the food! I also noticed that the place was extremely small..but still cute and quaint. I got home and opened my bag and to my delight…there was a great portion of noodles! I dug into the egg roll 1st as I usually judge Chinese restaurants by their egg rolls. This eggroll I would probably give a 5 out of 10. The reason being it only had one tiny piece of pork at the very bottom of it…and was kind of empty throughout! When I got to the noodles I stirred them up and took a bite and noticed that it was kind of dry yet still flavourful! I added a pack of soy sauce to it and that did the trick! They were delicious!! I also ask for them to make it mild and add onions which they did both! I’m not sure if I will be going back as it wasn’t that impressive. But it was definitely a great dinner for Wednesday night.

“If you have dumplings here, prepare to never have them again anywhere else.” Indeed, my meal here consisted of periodic awed comments from my friend about her transcendental dumplings while I stuffed my face with dandan noodles – the chewiest, freshest, best noodles I have ever had the pleasure of chewing. They sure were spicy – I’d say I have a medium spice tolerance – but delicious. The dumplings were so juicy and also had fantastic texture – no biting into a dough-wrapped piece of mush – you feel and see the meat and chive in there. Do note that the “juicy buns” are essentially soup dumplings.

Very authentic Chinese food and Sichuan Spicy food. Very nice like it a lot. Hope Garlic Sauce pork and KungPao chicken a little bit more sweeter cuz usually it supposed to be sweet. We love sweet. All taste good. Highly recommend close to turkey lake and conroy rd. Really good lunch special for work day.

This place has rapidly become one of my new favorites. The Szechuan wontons are must try. I’ve been looking for a replacement for a dish I used to order from a restaurant which closed a decade ago, I have been unable to find its equal until now.

Delicious food I have eaten here 3 times in last 5 days, more expensive than others in the area but great food, today for the first time I get dinner size portion and was very disappointed when I opened the box, it was only three quarters full they made me mixed vegetables with pork, if you’re going to be so expensive give your customers what they’re paying for I feel cheated for the expensive price, all other Chinese Restaurants fill the containers not Lu Garden though! The picture is what they gave me for $14.95 such a disappointment, they cheat their customers, I won’t be back! I was also foolish enough to leave a tip, I wouldn’t have if I knew how little food I was getting!

Best Chinese on the east coast. I had the beef noodle soup, and it tasted as good as I had in Beijing. Egg rolls, apps, and standard fare like General Chicken were each amazing. One of the best parts is they have beer, wine, and sake. Fantastic Chinese joint in Windermere. Have to have it!!

I hate to write bad reviews, but this might be the worst Chinese food we’ve ever had. I trusted the reviews, and might be a harsh critic coming from NY where the Chinese food is truly legitimate. But we’ve tried several spots in the area, all 4 menu items we tried were just not good here. Go elsewhere. They had xiao long bao which is why we tried this place. But they were ok at best. Sichuan chicken wasn’t good. Very salty, miminal spice and lacking the flavors of traditional Sichuan dishes. Egg rolls were totally flavorless, as was the fried rice. Lo mein was SO dry that the noodles were just all stuck together. Again, lacking flavor. I’m shocked at the positive reviews. Maybe if you just don’t know Chinese food, this is it for you. But, we won’t be back. For 2 appetizers, small chicken dish and 2 eggrolls. The $60 price tag for takeout was not it all worth it.
