Fast casual and fresh Chinese/ Sichuan food in Fairfax next to 99 ranch Market. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and will be back!

I had the beef noodle soup. Excellent broth. I recommend finding the egg side dish and adding it. This place is legit. Can’t wait to try the rest of the dishes. Looking for to the mclean location In sept. I hope Peter goes with an authentic menu!!

Ordered pig ears, spicy chicken bites, 6 piece fried dumplings, and fried rice. The pig ear and chicken bites were a bit “extra” like they had to innovate on top of existing dishes to make it different. But flavor is good. Fried rice is good but not as good as some other places (where after one bite you think they definitely put something illegal in there to make it taste so good).

Great selections with great flavors but the only thing is the portion size is tiny for the price. We will definitely be back but not as often as I would like to.

Just tried today for lunch for the first time. I’m a fan of Tony Chang restaurants so I was excited for this to open. Lady at the counter was super nice. Offered her help but I had already looked at menu before hand. Got the spicy gizzards…spicy beef tendon and veggie lomein. Everything was awesome! I would say all the bad reviews are because this place is authentic and most people are used to more American Chinese places. Will deff be going back.

Pig ear is so tiny!! Nothing like how they advertise! it’s only 249 grams! And costed me 13 dollars. They are mixed with onions too! Duck neck tasted not fresh. It’s a rip off, I’ll never go again.

We had the beef cubes, marinated chicken, Bok choy, mein noodles. The spices on the meats were good but the meats themselves were a little on dry side. Bok choy was really good. I liked the lo mein noodles more than my dinner companions. They don’t serve water if you eat in which is a little weird. I would definitely wat there again if I lived closer by. Love the strip mall location! The woman running the cash register was nice to us.

Saw this place expand their menu beyond marinated options and decided to finally try it. A ton of options all available to go or dine in. No frills – pay for water, rice, and grab your own utensils. We tried a stir fried dish, noodle soup, soup dumplings, and marinated tofu. All were delicious and probably the best soup dumplings right now in the nova area. 4 for $9 though so not cheap. The noodle soups don’t look like what are displayed on the screen. They come with a layer of red sauce that’s not spicy. Wish I was told so I could have requested without it. Noodles were a bit soggy. Next time, will try requesting a clear soup and more al dente noodles. Definitely try for some authentic Chinese dishes!

Authentic flavors. Plenty of Selection to choose from. Sichuan style numbing spicy flavors.
