I made a reservation online for 6:15. First time eating here. They have a band that plays on this Friday from 6:30-9. We should have sat outside in the beer garden because after dinner the place was full. Our table inside was along the wall. Unfortunately for my wife she had to stare at me and that wall. First approach to the table was a bit slow. From there things were fine. We started off with buttermilk breaded chicken strips, pretty good served 4 with fries. My wife had the Portabell mushroom sandwich with a salad which she enjoyed. I have the breaded shrimp and fish. Since I had fries with the app I submitted a salad. The batter was a bit soggy so I just ate the fish. While we were waiting for our food, a server next to us cleared the table and wiped it down with a very wet cloth. We stopped the next guess from sitting and showed them.

Update: still a great idea for a date night. The outside seating area for music has been increased and improved with metal seating and some paved seating areas. Otherwise, the remainder is hard packed course sand like a Bocce court.

Stopped by after a recommendation for fish and chips and Luccas delivered. Great location within walking distance of the water front.. the spicy coleslaw that accompanied the fish was a tasty spin on a common side. Beer and wine selection was abundant as well. Will be back for the chicken apparently after hearing about it from others there at the time!

I saw the fried chicken on the menu and I thought I have to try this place. My wife and I enjoyed a nice, relaxing Friday lunch before an afternoon stroll in Benicia. We started with Deviled Eggs w/ Duck Prosciutto. Then we had a Beet Salad and Seared Ahi Salad. We shared the Fried Chicken. The flavors of the dishes all blended well together and the portions were generous. The fried chicken was crunchy and very juicy, and it more than satisfied my craving. A nice restaurant find for a spur of the moment outing.
