pure frustration. call them to place an order. an automated message says it’d be so easy for you to go online and place an order, No other option. I go to their website. they tell me if they’re four great locations, I go to start an order, They only have three locations listed. the three I’m not trying to use. That’s it. that’s as far as I get the last four times I’ve tried to order from them because I don’t feel like standing in a 30 minute line for 2 tacos. their system is broken. they havent addressed it in months. they’ve added a new location since this problem first showed up, so I’m sure it’s just going to get better the more locations they get. feel free to respond to this once you address the problem and I may give you an updated review.

Overall the food is fairly good and the service is prompt. I will say the portions were fairly small for the price (chipotle which is less than a mile down the road has comparative prices and larger portions). This is definitely a different menu altogether though. I would have given it four stars but my fries were freezing cold and unsalted. I will say the barbecue sauce on the cowboy burrito bowl is fire. It’s a good snack food size, but definitely not a full meal sized portion. If they can keep the food warm/hot that would be good, and appropriate seasonings on the basics are important. I’ll definitely give it another try, maybe it was an off day.

my hubby and mine first time here. the food was good and fresh with excellent sauce and flavors. I had the veggie wrap and was very good and filling. The dinning area was very stuffy and no air. why I gave 4 star not 5.

High quality ingredients! Friendly service ( helping this old lady out, me) with the right combination quesarito. Gigantic 1/2 left over. Ate outside picnic tables could use a bit of a clean up ( paint job) definitely recommend this place.

I got a build-your-own taco salad with carne asada and it was delicious. Lots of good topping options and the steak itself was flavorful and cooked perfectly, not chewy or tough. Highly recommend Luchador Tacos for your quick burrito cravings (rather than that other burrito chain).

I’d say there’s potential! I customized a veggie burrito. The cilantro rice is delicious. The way the burrito was assembled needs improvement. My first several bites were just sour cream and cheese (cold) then I made my way to the lettuce and pickled onion and possibly the green sauce (also cold) then found the rice and black beans along one side (warm) and finally discovered the guacamole at the bottom of the burrito (cold). If I go back, I’ll just open up the burrito and eat with a fork so I can have everything mixed together better and hopefully warmer overall.

The last 4 times I have ordered they have messed it up. I emailed them after the 3rd time with no response. Don’t use the online service and if you do check everything before you leave(literally open up the burritos as I had a cowboy burrito that they just filled in solid with pork). Hoping the quality gets a little better on that front because the product when made correctly is amazing.

We’ve never had a bad meal at Luchador, the food is excellent! I’m usually down for the Cowboy burrito, but yesterday I switched it up for the Taco Sampler and was not disappointed! Great flavors, fresh ingredients, and all the heat I wanted!! Keep up the great work!!
