This place is incredible. They accommodated a large party on a Saturday night which included 5 children. We chose family style. Although food was amazing. The service we got from Tasha was the best! I highly recommend this place.

Pasta dishes are good but pizzas can be better. It’s on and off in terms of quality. I am not sure if it has something to do with the person making them. But, it’s not a good idea if you have to choose a day to make sure who’s in the restaurant that is making the pizza to determine if you should order a pie or not. Table service servers are always good. You get really good service. But, the people behind the counter who take To Go orders can be better. Based on the times I have been to the restaurant, I am not going back.

This place has mediocre staff to take orders and sometimes get it correct but must explain thoroughly. They do ok with salad with chicken . Being an Italian place they don’t know anything about Italian tuna which is odd. They should have better staff to take the orders, as in more mature girls. Their vegetables are ok if steamed bit too oily if Sautéed. Chicken is ok if not much oil. The servers are better in person and can be friendly with one remembering me which was nice after a time had not gone there. Anthony is a nice owner and does correct what is wrong .

I typically love this restaurant when dining in. This time, I ordered a half tray of lasagna to be picked up. When i got home, it was not a tray of lasagna…it was individual squares fit into the tray. They did not line up. Pre cut portions, and they called that a half tray. When heated, each piece all but dissolved. It was awful. And expensive!

Worst restaurant I’ve ever been to in Bayonne. Went on the day before Mother’s Day, had a reservation for six people, walked in and was not greeted for at least 20-25 minutes. They seemed a little bit busy, thats why I didn’t want to say anything but it wasn’t packed. I felt like they didn’t care to greet us. My sister-in-law had to go up and say some thing and that’s when we were seated. The waitress that took care of us didn’t come to take our orders after maybe another 10 to 15 minutes. After everyone put in their orders, I was asked at least six times what my order was by the same waitress the one who had tattoos all over her arms, and I believe a cook came out to ask what my order was after maybe 30 minutes after ordering, It took about another 45 minutes for the food to come out. The cook/waiter came out came with our orders and handed everyone’s plate, but mine. He then proceeded to ask me why am I not eating? I looked at him so confused and I told him I had ordered already, and I’m waiting. Then he proceeds to ask me again, What did I order? I simply told him carbonara with linguine then he told me to wait five minutes for my order to come out. At this point I thought it was a joke, but he was very serious. Food was not up to par, service was mediocre, the restaurant is very very very small. I thought it would be bigger since it’s an Italian restaurant but no literally this place is super small even though they have a party room but that’s just for a party but I’m talking about the main eating area. Oh, did I mention our waitress the one with the Tattoos gave me a full-blown attitude when I told her I was waiting for my pasta, she asked me how long did the other people’s food came out with a whole attitude like miss girl Excuse me, but why are you asking me about your damn job?!? you’re supposed to know when your tables food was served. That was a cherry on top.

Very nice. I walked in and had a table, glass of nice Italian red wine and a basket of hot bread all within 7mins. Then comes the Caprese followed by spaghetti puttanesca and more wine and hot bread. The chef ‘Anthony’ came to the table and greeted me and chilled my wine (per my request) and followed up with me all evening. Fantastic meal. Place was very busy and all were enjoying their meals. Folks in/out picking up to-go orders and pizza by the slice as well. Nice place. It will be on my weekly visits!! Thanks Anthony and team for making me feel so special. Tutto bene

The Food & Service were excellent. I had a pecan encrusted pork chop with sauteed apple, a special of the night that could not have been better. The service by our waitress was spirited and happy with a smile, performing her duties very efficiently. My only regret is the atmosphere could be better than it evaluation from a pizza “joint” to a atmospheric Italian restaurant of the type Billy Joel sings about.

Every time i walk in here i feel immediate racist vibes, also you could tell right away they like to cater to their regulars. the lady with red hair is useless doesn’t know how to take your order, smile or ring you up. the pizza is always crispy 2/10 and don’t bother with their sandwiches n salads it always smells rancid. unfortunately i won’t be coming back.

Twice i been here and their slices are very burnt and dry. the salads has a horrible taste and odor, my wife is of asian descent and the old lady with reddish always glares at her and gives her attitude. you could tell this place isn’t welcoming unless your caucasian! i wonder how they treat there kitchen staff if they are hispanic, terrible customer service n food!!
