The chocken is normally fresh. The customer service is ok bit they never have certain condiments on special days because their cheap. She literally told me they dont have hot sauce on Mondays and Tuesdays as a way to gorce you to but peppers from them. It’s really sad they treat customers that support your business like this !

Been going here for years. Usually good hot food and great service. Now they have new employees and managers and quality is horrible. Not only are the prices more but they are not as friendly. You use to be able to get a meal here under 10 dollars. That is no more. Now it is cheaper to eat at a real restaurant.

I went here on my lunch break never been here before so wanted to try something small. I got the kids meal fish and ordered it with fries. When I got my order I got Okra instead and told the lady I wanted fries she took my order back and instead of just having me keep the okra or throw the okra away she put the okra back with the other food and gave me fries. Now I used to work in fast-food and know that you never put food back on the shelf once it’s given to a customer because I actually moved my food around so I touched those okra. So I’m a little skeptical as to their food management practices but also the fries tasted Frozen other than that it was clean and the customer service was great

Not your typical “chicken and rice” place. This is first and foremost a great place to get fried chicken, period. Fresh, crunchy, and tasty, this is some of the best friend chicken you can find in Irving. Affordable prices and they are never stingy with the sides.
