My first time in Raleigh and first time at Lucky 32. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Our service was impeccable. Waitress was there just at the right times. We had the fried green tomatoes and homemade pimento cheese w chicharrones. The breading on the tomatoes was light and seasoned but not too spicy. The pimento cheese comes hot with fresh pork skins. The catfish and shrimp were equally lightly coated and crispy. With fresh cut French fries. Really great place.

Loved the ambience, service, food and drinks. We visited on a Wednesday evening and enjoyed a Skillet-Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy, seasonal vegetable and cornbread, a Spicy Nashville Fried Chicken Sandwich with fries, a Black and Blue Mule, and their complimentary bread.

It was a pretty cool atmosphere and the staff was very nice to us. Being from south Lousiana, the food felt really bland in some of the dishes. We did really like some things like the truffle fries and I thought the salmon was flavorful and well cooked. It had a hot glaze on it and it gave a good spice level to the dish that was definitely needed. Another pleasant surprise was the grits, they were creamy and had a good amount of salt and pepper. Overall we will probably try some other places instead of coming back.

Every bit was so so delicious – and even though it was busy the server was super attentive! Catfish, sweet potatoes, grits; Jambalaya, green beans and topped it off with sweet and tart Strawberry Ice Box Pie! Prices were totally reasonable given the really consistently high quality.

This is a fancy, yet family and kid-friendly restaurant. The food is delicious! Highly recommended the fried green tomatoes, which are covered in crispy bacon. The salmon with herb pesto was excellent with creamy, cheesy grits. Salmon is even on the kids’ menu! I love seeing healthy options for kids.

Unfortunately we were disappointed with our visit. It started off great, as soon as we got there we got sat, but it went downhill from there. It was mainly the waitresses fault, the manager did try to make it right, but the food definitely was not worth the trouble.

My wife and I went here for a date night. The food and service was great. Emily, our waitress was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. This was our first time going to Lucky 32 but it definitely will not be our last. Do yourself a favor and go here. You definitely will not be disappointed. Also if you can, make a reservation. It was very packed when we arrived and we were glad we had a reservation. Our wait was just a few minutes until a table was available for us.
