Lucky hunan has a terrible attitude when they are wrong in a situation. They get angry and attack customers when they take long or get an order wrong or when people are not satisfied with their food. All they keep throwing in customers faces is that they have been open for 10 years plus and that of you don’t like it, to not come there instead of being understanding and sympathetic to customers issues with them or their food. Worst Chinese food place ever. Never again. Customer service is a must especially since I work in food hospitality as well. Smh do better.

Placed an order for fried dumplings the greasiest fried dumplings then also ordered a large sweet-and-sour chicken and all the shelves are empty it’s just breading there’s no chicken in there just the worst worst meal I spent 50 bucks for nothing at least my other half enjoyed his ribs you can’t go wrong with that but the rest of the food was not worth it I would never order from this place again

This food was the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had!!!! We spent $50 on the most greasiest, flavorless, uncooked, food that I’ve ever seen! My kids ended up throwing up, my husband and I spent the night in the bathroom. I cannot believe that this place is even allowed to stay opened!!!!! I am never one to rate a place with such a bad review but I could not let this go because it was that bad. The shrimp EGGROLL was so old that the cabbage was almost black and it smelled nasty. The general Tso’s chicken was so so so so unbelievably greasy and the chicken was super rubbery. I had the seafood combination delight and it was just bland and super dry vegetable fried rice that looked so old, and with extremely greasy and old fried seafood. Customer service is amazing! They’re very sweet, and attentive over the phone and in person. I’ve been looking for a good chinese spot in Fairview since I just moved, and this has to be the best. I don’t know why some keep mentioning Jade Gourmet or Fairview Chinese, neither compare to this place. Their Lo Mein, wings, fried rice, is sooo good (just to name a few). They always ask if you need extra sauce and utensils. Will keep coming here for sure.
