Located in Springfield on Berkshire ave. This is my favorite small business for Chinese food. The prices are very reasonable and they give you a huge helping of food. It’s an amazing restraunt and the owners are very friendly. I highly recommend this place if your in the area or passing through Springfield. I no longer live in Springfield but still go there for their great tasting food.

Poor customer service and delivery. Ordered food, waited over an hour. Got a call saying they were at my door. They weren’t so I waited outside thinking they were around the corner. No one showed up, so I called the restaurant and they assured me the driver was on the way. Waited an hour, no one showed up, called again, closed. No answer. Called back the next night and asked to speak to a manager and was told I couldn’t do that. Asked when the manager would be in, they didn’t know. Had an attitude and told me I didn’t need to speak to a manager then hung up on me. Will never order or eat from here again. First and last experience.

Food is good and cheap, however make sure you order early because after about 4PM you can tell the food is refried in old oil, especially the orange chicken.

Family run business been going here for seven years and over the past two years they’ve improved so much. Big thanks to Jen the lady cooking she holds that kitchen down!!! I’ve put so many people on to lucky kitchen and they usually end up ordering again. Try them for take out portions are generous

I used to love this place, everything was fresh made. I would have always given them a five star review. Unfortunately, their friend food is terrible, you can tell they don’t change their grease. It has an old fishy smell to the food. Before giving them this review, I gave them a second chance almost a year later and got the same results. I had to return everything because it was inedible. They took the return no question asked so I think this may be acommon occurrence for them.

You definitely get your money’s worth here and the food is better than most other local Chinese Food restaurants. I live a 10 minute walk from Lucky Kitchen and I come very often. The people are very understanding and respectful and friendly. One of my favorite spots to actually sit down and enjoy my meal at.

Absolute trash. RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE. GARBAGE DELIVERY. Ordered food, waited an hour, got a call saying they were at my door. They werent so I waited 3 minutes thinking they were around the corner. No one showed up, so I called the restaurant, they ensured me the driver was on the way. Waited another hour, no one showed up, called again, no response. Called back the next night and asked to speak to a manager and was told I couldnt do that. Asked when the manager would be in, they didnt know. Asked them if it was worth losing a customer they asked me who I was in a snotty tone and said I didnt need to talk to a manager, then hung up on me. Will never order or eat from there ever. 1st and last experience considering they didnt even try to rectify the mistake.
