Use to love this place. Last two times have been here the fried rice isn’t fried it is almost as white as the regular rice. Barely found ten pieces of chicken in the chicken fried rice. All of it tasted like plain rice. The first time I thought it was a mistake because they were in a hurry. But went today and no one else was there and no other orders so? Just spent shy of 50 bucks on the fried rices that are white. Very sad. Not sure if should call management and ask for a refund. Rarely write reviews but I see I am not the only one wondering what happened to the rice. As I sit here eating the rice is not even cooked it is crunchy and hard. ♀️

We came in to eat in the restaurant and also made a to go order at the same time as our in-house dinner. The cook was to busy on the phone to cook then after we got done eating I had to again asked for my Togo order then had to wait another 10 minutes as people where walking in and out with orders they made AFTER me then the front counter person copped a attitude when I asked for a plastic bag. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!! worst experience at a restaurant I have had. Plus the food was Mediocre

SUPER DISAPPOINTED. This place is NOT what it used to be. The fried rice was absolutely HORRIBLE — literally no flavor. It tasted like plain rice with a brown tint. I’m pretty sure they’re using Uncle Ben’s rice as it was nothing like any other rice I’ve had at an Asian restaurant. I called and asked for a partial refund to which the woman argued that their rice has always been that way and offered 15% off my next purchase. Needless to say I declined. None of us will be back.
