The lady at the front that everyone refers to as “mean” sneezed, blew her nose and asked if we wanted some drinks. I gave her benefit of the doubt (thinking she’s gonna wash her hands) she proceeds to get our cups ready to pour. We said no thanks and got up and left. Oh yeah and she was working on stuffing some dumplings right after. Very unsafe

This was the worst restaurant I have ever been to! Where do I start? The inside of the restaurant is disgusting. The dining area has stains all over the carpet and tables. Boxes are piled up to the right or the door. The woman who seated us and served us was rude. Once we were seated she started peeling vegetables on the ground. Literally sitting on the ground! Probably the worst part of it all, she was the only one working and our food was all warmed in a microwave. Our food took 5-7 minutes for one person to prepare. It was not fresh, it tasted like old frozen leftovers. Our food was also half cold. We couldn’t even eat it. We literally left our food and paid. The egg foo young tasted old, cold, and flavorless. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never been to such a dirty restaurant, been treated poorly by staff, and been served microwaved food. Stay away! I’m afraid we’re going to be sick now.

Food was not good and service was horrible. Not worth the price I paid. After it food was ready she brought it out and put it in a box…. literally a box but other customers before and after us had their orders in bags….I have to say this because the other customers were lighter than us if you understand what I’m getting at. After we confronted her in the situation, she played dumb asking us do we want bags…. When I come back out this way I’ll never spend money there again…. Wish I could give them zero stars….

I just moved to tulare and wanted to try a good Chinese restaurant and i had the worsest service. The lady at the counter is very, very rude.. as I was ordering she walked away in the middle of me speaking rushed me through my order and as I was leaving pushed and bumped trying to rush me out the door. I think she may have been irritated by me asking questions about the menu. I say if you don’t like your job, or are not a people person I suggest you get another one. Or maybe because I’m black I don’t know.
