Buffalo wings and fries were great. The blonde bartender was great. Last call for boarding was called and multiple people needed to cash out, took care of them fast. Nice experience!

I hate to do this, but I’m hoping owner can rectify if they actually read these reviews… Linda used to be so fun and bubbly, but over the last couple years she’s made it a miserable experience to be at this bar. She always acts overwhelmed, regardless of the size of the crowd, and she always acts like she’s already 2 hours past shift end. She’s short with every guest, she’s got an annoyed face at all times, she doesn’t have any greeting, and she’s always trying to get everyone to tab out way before flight time… Really unfortunate that this has been allowed for so long given the repeated reviews about this behavior… She used to be so awesome a few years ago, but something has happened and it makes AVP a miserable experience.

The aging blonde bartender is one of the rudest people I have ever met. This is the second time I have dealt with her. On my first encounter, I just figured she was having a bad day. But, after today, I can see this is just her usual unbelievable snotty attitude. Her demeanor is like that of a old angry badger with a stick stuck way up its heinder. She will angrily converse with you like she can’t stand the sight of you, and is hastily waiting for you to die. And, on top of it all, she made me a Long Island iced tea with not one drop of alcohol in it. When I confronted her about it, she acted like I was lying. Dropkicking her across the restaurant was definitely an option I considered.

They are located inside of the Scranton Wilkes Barre Airport. The bar had a wide selection of drinks, even at breakfast time. They also had burgers and big pretzels, which I saw and smelled. I had a glass of wine. Nice seating at bar or table. Family friendly seating and menu!

Great airport diner. Decent variety on the menu for being in an airport. The prices are fair for the portion sizes. The service is good & feiendly. The food comes out quickly & it’s located close the gates, perfect for grabbing something before your flight.

If you don’t like people maybe you shouldn’t be bartending/serving. By far the absolute worse experience/service in my entire life! If there are this many complaints and bad reviews, you would think they would get rid of Linda. Linda, you seriously need to retire or go work somewhere where you don’t have to be around people. This is clearly NOT THE JOB FOR YOU. Attitude is horrible. Terrible demeanor! Overcharges and then gets mad when she is asked to correct her mistakes. On top of it she tries to act like we inconvenienced her! Get lost Linda. ASAP!

The bartender was extremely rude. I asked if food was served and she pointed at the Dunkin Doughnuts across the way. As I sat down to eat the Dunkin Doughnuts the bartender gave a menu for the bar food to the next patron. I was really confused and she was really rude. Don’t waste your time here.

Bartender/server was extremely rude. She acted as though she was so busy because the restaurant was full, when there were only about 5 people there. We had to wait longer than expected for food and drinks. When she came for the check, she asked if we were done and threw used napkins on our food before we could even answer.
