We usually have great service and great food at Lucky’s but not this evening. Our order was taken and served in a timely manner but that was the last we saw our server. Drinks were never refilled, we were never checked on, and we waited and waited for the check. We went to the bar and asked for the bill and a box. The bartender brought them. I told her that usually we get great service but tonight it was embarrassingly poor. We could have walked out without paying an no one would have noticed. She then got snippy. “Yes we would have!” I responded that no, they wouldn’t. She then ripped the check and card from my husband’s hand and said “Well, I hope this is your last time here!” as she turned her heels and headed away. My husband and I were stunned.

They always have GREAT food, friendly service, good drinks, & sometimes live music. One of my favorites is the Buffalo Chicken Dip. They even make the chips fresh. Really good burgers too!!

We used to have great service, hot food and beautiful paper lined plates. Last night was an hour for food, terrible service and paper plates. I can do better at home and not pay $100 for burgers. This was our second bad experience. No more!!

Love the atmosphere here. It’s clean, the service is great and the food was superb! We had the Luckys burger and the margarita chicken sandwich. Can’t wait to enjoy the summer months on the patio! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.
