I stopped by here today because I needed to use a decent rest room after being on the road for so long. This place got amazing staffs. They know how to welcome anyone coming inside. I’m grateful to those 3 ladies upfront for letting me use the restroom even without buying anything. If I get the chance again to come by to this place, I would definitely try their food here. The bathroom is super clean and even have 2 toilet paper dispensers (love it), also the ambience is nice. Overall, they know how to deliver good customer service even to passerby like me. ❤️❤️❤️

My family and I enjoyed our dinner when we visited our family. We were seated early, fresh Italian bread was imminently served in spite of the fact that it was rush hour. We also received our order in a timely manner. Our food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The price was also reasonable for such quality meats. Our server was very attentive and professional.

First time here. We went for my husband’s birthday. Was recommended from a Facebook group I belong to for people looking for great steaks. My husband had the Cajun 16 ounce ribeye with a baked potato and ceasers salad. I had the 9 ounce filet with baked potato and a cup of French onion soup. We shared a side of sautéed onions and mushrooms and each had a lobster tail added for a crazy low cost! Everything was delicious!!!!!! Cooked perfectly to our liking! The prices are extremely reasonable for a steakhouse. We even split a slice of their homemade cheesecake with raspberry sauce which was HUGE and we took home leftovers!! Our waitress Diana was so kind and gave us great service!! We will definitely be back!!!! Highly recommend!!!

2 stars because the waitress was very good. That’s where good ends. I wouldn’t let my dog eat here. Should have left after my husband had to flick an ANT from the loaf of bread. I’m not sure why the place is so packed. Shame on management for the unsanitary condition of the dining room. From the ant, to flies in the window next to us, thick coating of dirt/dust on blinds and a PESTICIDE strip hanging in the corner behind tv (gee wonder why, that table full of food scraps sat a full 45 minutes). The food is not worth eating in that level of filth. People need to demand better for the prices charged. I am truly baffled.

It’s always a heartbreak when something you held in high regard for a long time suddenly becomes something else. I’d been enjoying the steaks and prime rib at this location for 17 years. Although several hours from my house, it was a mandatory pit stop en route from Chicago. Returning to Lucky’s after several years, we were looking forward to another delicious meal. Upon entering, we were greeting with a strange odor that was similar to a toilet.

I went for a ladies lunch! Everything was very tasty. Fresh bread was to die for. The cup of soup with the meal was just the right size. Sometimes it can be too much where I’m getting full and can’t eat the rest of the meal. It was perfect. I got the steak with zip sauce. Delicious! The Broccoli side dish was just okay. It was very well done. I like mine with a crunch. Also got the Buffalo mac & cheese to go for my husband. With a side salad and they gave more bread with that order. Definitely would return to taste more items on the menu.

It started with lipstick on the wine glass, followed by bread that was so hard we couldn’t chew it, no croutons on the salad and the most gristle I’ve ever seen on a steak. Pretty disappointing way to spend my mom’s 83rd birthday.

The food is usually awesome but this time the asparagus was under cooked, prime rib was cold, and filet was over cooked when asked for medium it came out medium well to well, and the lobster tail was tough. presentation looked great though!

Man what happened to this place!? I used to come here and get mouth watering steaks! I asked for rare and it was medium and extremely salty! Asparagus wasn’t done. My kids burger n fries were awesome. 2 others we had with us had to send their food back because it wasn’t made right. I never send food back so I dealt with it. My dad didn’t even get his broccoli. Waitress asked why he didn’t ask for it and he said he forgot…but he shouldn’t have to ask! I also didn’t get my peppers n onions till I asked and that was just complete mush. Pretty bummed about our experience. Oh and flies were everywhere in there! Even in the bathrooms! Sorry luckys, but this was not a good experience
