If you are looking for a Mexican food truck trailer park experience, look no further. Lucy Mexican Kitchen has some of the best barbacoa tacos and horchata. Sure, these food trucks have similar menus but Lucy makes their food with love. You may have to wait a little bit for your order but worth every second. This place is located among a group of food trucks, but you may notice it’s one of the busier locations. If you have made it this far in my review, then you know why. The food is good, and I would definitely enjoy their food again when given the opportunity. They have a covered seating area with four picnic tables, you can dine in or call them up for an order to go and be the hero for lunch or dinner.

Literally every bad comment about the food is a troll. My husband and I are food critics and out of every food truck in the park where Lucy’s is, this by for top 3 of all cuisines….and we’re bougie 4 and 5 star restaurant goers in downtown ATX.

Second time coming here and same experience. Moody grumpy teenage girl who is very pinche about their salsa. It’s ok. Very spicy which is great. But misses flavor. They were very right with the ingredients. Barely enough on the tacos to call it a taco. The flavor on the barbacoa was basically of boiled meat. Campacheno was not good and dry and hard. The chorizo and eggs were not good at all. A tiny dried up spoonful in a tortilla. And the tortillas were also stiff and dried out. Definitely not worth it.

Today at 8 pm order 2 tacos I ordered 2 tacos tripa I told the girl who attended me that I wanted them cryspis but the meat was only soft, and there was only one person dispatching and making the orders there were about 7 people who at the time were like 40 minutes of waiting for me order, because the girl had to take the orders and do them, I think that at least they would have to have 2 people, one to take the orders and the other to do them
