Disappointed! As you scroll through reviews and wonder how this place got near 5 stars. Remember they’re offering a chance at $500 for it. Smug atmosphere, very basic deli menu. We have tried to eat here many times only to find out they’re open 10hrs a week! 12-2pm M-F. We were greeted by a very rude staff member after waiting nearly 10 minutes to be asked if we needed anything. Go somewhere else to eat. I give credit when due but will not stand for fake reviews. The response they gave to this review is also incorrect.

Ordered a the club sandwich. with onions added (no fries which were included ). Lucy added $1.50 for the onions in spite of not providing fries. I complained when the bill was dropped off. She became rude and belligerent. When the 3 of us asked for an additional cup of coffee before leaving, the coffee she brought to the table tasted like dish water. We all tasted it, left and have never been back. This lady has issues…

I take my family here when we go for breakfast. Renovated train station from the 1800’s in a small town. Seating is unique. Each booth has its own little room. Good food and service. Lucy will be your server. I wish there were pictures hung showing the buildings history.

Charges too much for little portions of anything extra. Charged $1.50 for a couple of slices of onion. The last time I was there, she messed with the coffee on my refill, and it tasted like there was dishwater in it. Very average food. I’ll take her advice and go to McDonald’s from now on.

I love this quaint cafe! Ladies are very nice and food has always been good. My favorites dishes are the biscuits and gravy and Lucy’s potatoes. They have great sandwich options for lunch as well. Everything is cooked fresh.

Went recently for the first time. The breakfast was great! I had a veggie omelet. Very big portion and good. My husband ordered eggs with biscuits and gravy, for something different. We both commented on how good the gravy was. I will be going back.
