Amazing hole-in-the-wall place with super tasty, affordably-priced food! One of my favorite meals I had in SD while I visited for a conference. I will definitely be heading back here again the next time I’m in the area. Only gripe is that the outdoor seating is very cramped. There is no indoor seating besides high chairs at a bar along the wall. Highly recommend this place, overall, though.

I recommend this place if you love tacos. Expect big tacos. I am a big guy and i could barely finish 3 tacos. The carnitas tacos were amazing. The only negative I have to say is that they had ran out of fish and chicken, I don’t know if it is a common theme for them to run out of items but other than that the place is great.

Ate lunch here since I had jury duty and it’s right up the street. I guess the burrito was decent but I’m spoiled by eating at Armando’s where there burritos are twice the size and over $3 cheaper. Wasn’t horrible but nothing special at all. Wasn’t worth the $12 I had to pay for it. ‍♂️

I thought it just skipped from the Border all the way to LA. I guess Lucy’s has finally brought good Mexican food to SD. Hand made tortillas. Great sauce. Burrito, tacos and other dishes were great!
