Tiny quaint restaurant with awesome vibes. The atmosphere and period music makes for authentic feel. Greek salad was perfect. Pork chops were definitely unique flavor. Their bread as fantastic. Attentive service and very reasonable prices make this a must visit when in Augusta.

I’ve been eating at this local favorite since I was a kid! If you want atmosphere, nostalgia and fabulous food, try it! Being an Augusta native of over 60 years, I’m proud to review and patronize one of our neighbors. Our business is 9 blocks up on the same side of Broad St. We Love downtown Augusta.

My husband and I recently had dinner here and I started with the baked lasagna and it looked delicious but it was very bland. I sent it back and got baked spaghetti it also looked delicious but it too wasn’t very tasty. But the garlic bread was delicious, and our waitress was awesome and very patient. We just won’t be returning

Amazing atmosphere! It’s small but has the welcoming feeling of a big family gathering. Like Sunday dinners in a Greek or Italian family, or the holidays for someones family like mine. The food is incredible and fast along with top notch friendly service. If you have not taken the time to check it out, it is a must see!

I had very high hopes for this place since it’s been around so long. Cannot recommend. Waited outside to be seated. Very small space felt overcrowded and would be concerning in the event of a fire or for anyone with mobility issues. Difficult to get in and out the door with the host stand right at the door. Food made me feel sick. Bread looked like a sandwich roll, but not in a good way. Their marinara lacked spices and was watery. Pasta was over-cooked. Server never brought my salad. The Moussaka tasted fine, but it came out in a pool of grease/oil like the beef hadn’t been drained. The tiramisu was just okay. The highlight was the spanakopita which was very good.

Bread was stale, very, very hard, so hard it was not edible. It took my wife and me to pull against each other to rip the bread apart. My wife asked for an unsweetened tea and was brought a very sweet tea. Both of our salads were wilted. I ordered a Long Island ice tea and tasted no alcohol. On the way home, I got very nauseated. Truly made me feel that they purposely did all of that. Maybe they do not like Black people in their restaurant. I truly hope that’s not the case.

The food was fine. Not the best Italian food that I’ve had. The fettuccine was pretty bland, and the chicken parm was fine. The mozzarella sticks and dipping sauce were great and the tiramisu was great. I will be coming back for the tiramisu and I’ll try something else from the menu next time.

Very busy on a Friday night, but the food was actually very good. Only taking a star off because the waitress took quite a while to come take our order and bring the food later. Totally worth coming back to during the week when they’re less busy, and they’re a staple to Augusta for that reason. Good quality, fresh Italian food.
