What a disappointment. I have been to the Luigi’s in Commerce, TX. It was much better. This location was dirty, we sat at the only clean table we saw. Only to sit down and the table was not clean, it was sticky. The tea tasted sower like it was days old. The small plates on the table were not clean. The food… well let’s just say, we did not finish it and we left it there on the table. The bread twists they give you before the meat are kept warm under the pizza oven and that makes them dry and tuff.

As a retired Chef I usually try to support every restaurant I can. But when it obvious that know one cares. It calls for an intervention and this place needs it bad. The food was scorched and took 40 minutes. We asked for bread at the table five times never got the bread. The server we had didn’t want to be there and we experienced her negativity twice and that was too many times for our table. Because they had an open kitchen I had the pleasure of watching the Chefs hand the food barehanded. I was appalled by the whole experience. This place could be so good but when you don’t care it shows. Clean it up or quit and close. Nobody deserves these kinds of dinning experiences. Find the passion that your sister restaurants have and start to care. Not recommended!

I’m not sure if the folk of Royse city have never had Italian food but I rate this place 1 star. Ordered to go and got tubs of slop. Calamari is absolutely disgusting. Rubbery and breading soft. Gnocchi was my n a pool of un tastefull sauce, might as well been a soup. This place is gross. The pizza looks like it was made by Pizza Hut but the crust was even worse.I like supporting local businesses but how has this place stayed in business with this tasteless food. Even marinara was sour. A little flavor in your dough would be nice. It tasted like kneaded up flour. Stay away!!!

The homemade rolls are plentiful, hot, buttered and delicious. Each person ordered something different and we all agreed we were happy. Portions are so big we each had enough for lunch the next day. I forgot to take pictures.

This one is a place to avoid unfortunately. There are several Luigi’s locations and this is probably rock bottom of them all. Wife had ordered the special of the day which was some type of fish. Wanted it arrived it reeked of rotten fish smell so bad that it had to be sent back. We didn’t get so much as a I’m sorry or we apologize or hell maybe a discount of some sort? Nope. Just an indifferent attitude which basically says we don’t care. Makes you wonder what the hell the kitchen and refrigeration area looks like!

Owner is awful, doesn’t honor online ordering when his system has an issue. Placed an order through their online platform, received a text my order was ready. Arrive to be told by the owner he does not have an order for me and even after showing my order and payment he says he can make the order. Makes the order then proceeds to ask me for payment? Sir I just paid you $22 and now he wants me to pay $22 again for his issue. Zero customer service. Pizza is alright for Royse city, but the owner makes this a place to truly avoid.
