Just making a brief stop in Charlotte and found this place was nearby and had food reviews. I must concur. The pizza slices were huge and crispy. Chicken Alfredo pasta didn’t have a fettuccine option, but was perfectly fine with spaghetti. The bread and salad rounding out the meal made it an overall great value. I would happily recommend this place to anyone.

We made it a point to stop here based on the reviews and because we hail from the north (more than 30 years ago). I don’t want to knock this place as the food was good, the staff was great, and the place was clean. However, there is NO way this is close to being near high quality, NY style pizza. Again, we enjoyed our slices here, but we’ve had much better NY style pie at other places.

My son enjoyed his cheese slice and fries. He only offered me one fry and proceeded to inhale his food. I like the price and the service. Dining room needed to be swept and it had no customers dining in. Not filthy, just needed sweeping. Overall very happy with price, food and service.

This is one of the only pizzerias I frequent. Bar none they have the best Italian pizzeria quinine. Jumbo pies, Calzones, Stromboli, Canolies. Definitely NY style pizza’s. You have to try, and I bet you’ll love it. Mama mia

I need to give it another try.. not trying to leave a bad review.. til next time.. have it another try found some nice blue mold on my pizza once I was done.. no stars if I could rate it. Makes wish I checked entire bottom of the pie to see how much mold there was. Entire pie was eaten already .. stay away

I’m a truck driver from Queens NY. I saw Luigi’s after I finished shopping at Publix. I stopped in and ordered the pizza of course. I started to get the Stromboli but then decided to go simple. I didn’t expect much but was greatfully surprised. I took a bite and was transported right back home to Queens. This is authentic NYC pizza. I’ll be stopping by whenever I come to Charlotte.

This place hands down has the best pizza in all of Charlotte. We have lived here for 7 years and this is still by far the best. Time and time again the pizza is always on point. Their plain pizza is amazing and so is the white pie. If you like simple pizza without the pomp and frills go here. Some places will throw a bunch of toppings to cover up the taste of bad pizza. If you are from NY/NJ this is the place to go. This is the only place we get pizza from in Charlotte. This is equivalent to Alfredos pizza Cafe, everything else is Pizza by Alfredo. ( if you know you know)
