1st time coming to this location – went to one across town but did not care for that one at all! This one on the other hand was Great!!! Food Looked Great, was Fresh & Well Put Together! People working were Nice, Polite & Friendly! Our Grandbaby Never eats the Crust of any pizza – He Loves Pizza just not the Crust! He ate Every Last Bite of this one!!! My husband got 2 Medium with up to 5 toppings each – Mine had Italian Sausage, Spinach, Mushrooms & Onions – this is the one our Grandson ate & my Husband’s had Italian Sausage, Pepperoni, Banana Peppers, Jalapeños & Onions, of course he could not try this one! We both Loved it as much as he did!!! Will Definitely be going back to this location in the future & suggest that EVERYONE give it a try!!!!!

We ordered here Friday night during peak hours. The gentleman who answered the phone was very patient and helped me get the deal I couldn’t figure out online. The individual behind the register was equally as kind and patient – my hands were full and though she was extremely busy she was very pleasant when she offered and then helped me by carrying the pizza to the car. Oh, and we love the pizza here too!

My wife and I were looking for a new pizza spot and hadn’t yet tried Luigi’s so thought we’d give it a shot. For starters the young lady that took our order very obviously did not want to be there and was not even remotely friendly. We ordered on thin crust pizza and the jalapeño cheddar tots. The order was completed in a timely manner but once we opened after arriving home realized it wasn’t thin crust but hand tossed. The tots were not actually tots but more similar to jalapeño poppers and very doughy and undercooked. The quality of the pizza was subpar and we will not be back. Don’t normally bother providing feedback but wanted to save anyone else from making the mistake of eating here if you were looking for something different.

Have been ordering from here for 2.5 years at first it was great, great food, great delivery service but recently it has not been good. The pizza crust are still doughy, the sub bread was changed to the smaller bread. Not pleased at all. After my order Saturday, the the delivery was over an hour and the pizza still was not cooked all the way. I sadly will be finding another place to give my businesss too.

They’re decently priced, but I won’t order for delivery again. I was shorter on cash than I thought for my driver and was going to call in my card to add a bigger tip, (it was already about 15% tip) but was shamed in my own doorway that ‘this will never happen again’ and ‘it was a waste of gas’ I’m sorry it was a small order, but was not denied it over the phone. I would have looked to have added a larger tip, but now you’ve completely lost a customer.

Was told our pizza would be delivered in 30 minutes, took over 1 hour 45 minutes. Called to try and get updates and the customer service was not helpful. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Not worth the money.

I order all the time here . I think they were great … Last time I asked for no olives and they covered my pizza in them . Tried again tonight thinking it was a fluke .. the driver dropped my pizza off at the end of my driveway almost in the road .. not sure what is going on there but I won’t be ordering again anytime soon .
