Holy cow. Don’t know how I’ve lived in this area for almost 3 years before hearing of/ trying this place?!? Was craving pasta and this was highest rated for around here on Grubhub. I can see it’s for good reason!! The menu is so huge we went with your basic chicken fettuccini Alfredo and vodka penne but it’s ANYTHING but basic. Absolutely delicious. Ideal comfort food. Probably for the best that I didn’t discover this place sooner because I’d be ordering food multiple times a week

I do not recommend Luigi’s anymore. This July 3rd afternoon we spent $28 for a STUFFED meatlovers pizza and they made us a glorified two sided thin crust pizza with a minimal amount of toppings scattered inside. It’s like the owner told them to cut down on the toppings they use in order to cut cost due to the pandemic.

I used slice to order the DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER IS AMAZING THE FRIES ARE NOT. THey don’t listen if you use the slices app at all . Food delivered was warm .

I Went in for a slice asked for it well done and the guy asked me before giving it me if it was well done enough. The price of the slice was surprising because it was a cheesesteak slice pretty big for 3$ The slice was not very good the steak had no flavor tasted like the American cheese that was on top and that was it. The crust was good being crispy and crunchy but the overall slice was a 4/10 I might recommend but prolly not because for a 3 min more drive pizza box is up the street which has way better specialty slices, atmosphere, and customer service. Overall experience 6/10

The delivery driver dropped honey mustard all over my step, pizza was COLD AND MY BUFFALO WINGS HAD HAIR IN THEM! ASKED FOR A REFUND AND TO RETURN THE FOOD AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD GIVE STORE CREDIT AND HE MADE THE REPLY EVEN THOUGH I KNOW YOU WON’T EAT FROM HERE AGAIN. SMHHH… 40 BUCKS WASTED

Delivery driver called & I missed the call…he left my food on the step (fine with me) along with a hostile message about getting my food. When I called him back a couple minutes later he was nasty cause of the tip I left!!! I leave so much on my card when I order & if the delivery is good I tip the rest in cash… needless to say he got nothing else & I woulda gladly added more to my card since I missed the call but after speaking with him he didn’t deserve more!!! Called the establishment back but they’re now closed.

Friday night is pizza night at my house and my family loves it! We like to mix it up and try to find who is the best local one compared to a chain. This is the second go around with Luigi’s and now the last. I just don’t know why, small business does not thrive to be better. So disheartened by what showed up at my house last night. A burnt and cold pizza. Not 1 slice was eaten. Twice now Luigi’s has ruined pizza night. I’ve read some of these other reviews and it is very mixed. I would encourage Luigi’s to take some pride in what you do. Quality should be a standard not something you want to achieve and this was far from it 2/12/21
