ordered delivery pizza well done was told 40 mins.. 1 hour and 20 mins later I called asking if it still coming ? then the guy told sorry had a big order and that mine was on the way and he insured me it wouldnt be cold 10 mins later the pizza shows up Ice cold I made sure to call back and let them know it the last time we would be ordering from them again …so much for well done

It’s official…Luigi’s is my go-to pizza place. I moved to the area a year ago, so naturally I’ve been exploring the pizza for my favorite restaurant. Today, I ordered for the second time and was just as happy as the first. The stuffed sausage & broccoli rabe pizza is awesome… the rabe is buttery, garlicy, and and has just enough bitterness to bring out the flavor of the sausage. My other favorite is the meat lovers. A wide variety of meats on a tangy tomato sauce and crisp and chewy crust. Check out the pics… the pizza tastes as good as it looks. In addition, the delivery person (I think his name was Josh) was very friendly and just an all around nice guy. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from anywhere else.

The food was great..The customer service was terrible. The old with the long hair didn’t greet me or say thankyou..He had no personality and I feel like he was rude. I have been a waitress for over 25 yrs and customer service is important. I said thankyou and he walked away he acted like I was doing him a favor. I don’t know if I will be back.

Overall this pizza was okay, but not my favorite. The crust is good and the flavors are good, but the price is very high for the quality. The caprese pizza did not have very much mozzarella cheese on it, and the flavors were bland. Unfortunately the quality isn’t much better than some other chain pizza places.

Terrible service. The wife of the owner was rude. The owner Luigi, when he used to be at the store was very cordial. The staff is equally rude. Rarely will you get the correct order. I would not recommend ordering from here.
