This place is amazing! The owners are so kind and welcoming. They make you feel like family. The food is beyond tasty! The pizza is so flavorful and enjoyable. If you like cheese on your deep dish.. don’t go here. I honestly think they didn’t put cheese on it at all. My whole family asked if it had cheese on the pizza. It was like crust and sauce and topping. I’ve never ordered a deep dish that had no cheese and it’s basically as much as a deep dish from any other known pizza place around here.

Just moved into the area and decided to try Luigis on a whim. We got the thin cheese, well done. The crust is a butter crust but not fall apart at all. Very good undercarrage, and all around good ingrediants. It was cooked perfectly and was such a solid pie. We doubled down a couple days later and tried the deep dish pan….it was amazing. It is not in any way your “Giordano” deep dish and more of a Roman style, but man….. THE AIRIEST, softest, but still charred on the bottom crust I’ve ever had. The sauce is a hearty sauce..leans more one the savory side and they are generous with the cheese (but again, its not 4 inches of cheese like other “deep dish” pies). Safe to say, we will be happy to show Luigis off to our friends !! 10/10
