Today, March 3, 2023, I ordered one large fried rice with shrimp and chicken to go and hostess said $37.49, I said what? Say that again. She repeated it and I asked my wife, do you still want this? She said yes, because for $37 she figured that it would be a large size and very tasty. I must say that I was disappointed in the portion size. The food however tasted ok, but not $37 ok. Then to make matters worse, is how the hostess looked at me when I questioned the price. If looks could kill I would be dead. So we were told that the food would be ready in 30 minutes. We proceeded to take a seat at the bar that had yet to be cleaned up and the other hostess refused to let us sit there saying that there is no waiting area and that they were busy. I counted 6 open seats at the bar and 4 open tables and no one waiting in line to be seated. I believe that she did this because I am Black and was dressed down due to rain and cold outside. I will not go back there again and I plan to share this information with tens of thousands of social media users. What also gets me is that this restaurant is inside of Maryland Live Casino and nearly half the patrons are Black. If I have my way, Luk Fu would be out of luck!

The first time I ever came here was about 8 months ago. It was pouring rain, I had just lost my home, and I knew I would be sleeping at a nearby rest stop. I ordered the pad thai. Talk about fresh, full of flavor and good.

I couldn’t help but feel like I wasn’t wanting there my fiance and I came once before and had a good experience. Food, service, and atmosphere but this last time will be the last time my noodles tasted Microwaved the server wasn’t even INTERESTED in greeting us. We were just looking around. The couple next to us left. The price was high and after the food was ordered we had to ASK for our food and drinks which came out very late almost had to just walk off because we felt disrespected. And to finish the bad experience the BILL was $129, I’d rather go to a corner carry-out.

Luk fu was at one point my favorite! The quality and taste has gone down tremendously! It’s almost as if the chicken fried rice wasn’t even cooked (pictures attached). I tried it, because sometimes food that doesn’t look good can still taste great (lol) and it tasted worst than what it looks like. Gross!

First of all, my fried rice looked like white minute rice. Second of all, 26 dollars, this fool is over price. This is $12 fried rice at the most service lousy. I waited 1 hour for some white rice with 2 shrimps and a 1/2 egg.

Decided to give them a try. Let’s start off with the service. I was seated fairly quickly, 15 min later the waitress asked us what we would like. Food came quick small portions rice noodles very dry over cooked almost like reheated. Received drinks after food was table . Customer service terrible if you’re black.
