Order online or call ahead for pickup. Luke’s is a local quick serve restaurant featuring fresh food fast. We can cater 15 to 600 individual box lunches for businesses and special occasions.
We offer tasty sandwiches, soups and salads. We roast whole turkeys every day and then shred them to use in unique offerings. Our soups are made in our kitchen and are very popular. You won’t find the usual franchise food here. We prepare the food when you order it, not ahead of time. Hand scooped ice cream is offered in cones, shakes and malts. Luke’s Deli is a favorite spot for take out but in addition to inside dining, we have two outdoor patios with umbrellas over the tables and another large patio covered with an awning and beautiful flowers!

Delicious! This place is a gold mine and no wonder. We had onion rings, fries, chili, hot dogs, bacon cheeseburger, turkey artichoke melt and it was all so good. Always busy! Ample outdoor seating available as well.

My husband and I got food from here lastnight and it was our first time. I wanted a Chicago dog but they were out of hot dogs, no big deal. I ended up getting what was a very sad attempt at a gyro. The sauce tasted nothing like yogurt and cucumber it was bitter and tasted like vinegar. My husband got a chicken bacon ranch wrap which would’ve been fine if he got the crispy chicken he asked for. Both of us have woken up today sick with GI issues. Everyone raves about this place and I honestly don’t get it.

First time here and I ordered a gyro and sugar cookies. All to go. The gyro tasted ok. Not great but not bad. The pita it was in was so soggy it was actually wet and dripping. I understand tzatziki sauce can cause this so just a suggestion that maybe the sauce should be put on the side in a container for to go orders. As for the cookies. I was very disappointed that the woman bagging them said that all my frosting is going to stick to the paper and they are going to be a mess. I asked if she could put them in a container instead so they would be ok and was told no. This was after I had already ordered and paid. Complete waste of money to get them home and have no frosting left on the cookies because it was mushed all over the paper bag. Flavor of what I did taste was really good. Is there a trick to ordering these to not have this happen?

Luke’s is my favorite place to visit when I get back to Janesville. You cannot beat the fries anywhere. The BLT Wrap is very good. It is a hearty meal if you add the fries, so consider sharing or saving half if not a big eater. I love the Chili there, and also the chili dog. If you are looking for a good beat, this is also a great place for that.

I was excited about trying Luke’s, I will start out by saying the food was good, and had alot of potential. My biggest issue was the lack of acknowledged service/ and the CLEANLINESS of the inside. Understand 100% nothing is gonna be perfect. But if you compare the picture from 3 years ago to how it was on 5-29-23. Night and day difference!!
