Friday July 28th My family and I went to Dollywood, honestly didnt have a good time but Destiny was absolutely amazing! She had a great personality and was the nicest person we came across while there!

While my husband stayed in line, I helped our boys find a table. I them joined my husband while he was placing our order. He had not paid the bill yet so I decided to upgrade one of our drinks to a refillable souvenir cup. The cashier was very rude because I changed our order. I can’t even explain to you how rude she was. We spent $70 for our lunch to have the cashier get upset because I made a small change to our order. I will never go back to this place.

Food was good but over priced. 9.99 – 10.99 for a small personal pizza. They had one person checking people out and there was no hurry up in his step at all. What should have been a very quick option for lunch took longer then the rides. You pay for your food and walk over to a container that has the food already made. Had the kid had some getty up in his step it would have gone a lot faster. He kept stoping and talking with people outside the window and eating his own pizza while taking payments. During lunch or dinner times there should be more then one person taking payments. The trash cans were all full and over flowing. We had to just make a stack of pizza boxes on top of the overflowing trash cans. Really the only part of the park I was disappointed with.

Pizza is OK. Staff ALWAYS argues about cooking gluten free pizza. Not sure why but we’re over it. Won’t be back.

Overpriced. The pizza was very small and there was a lot of bad sauce hardly any cheese. There are no lids or straws for the cups and they have cafeteria school milk. The bread was good but overall this was a bad place and I regret coming here.

Got more bang for our pizza buck in the county fair area for kids and adult flatbread. However the nicer coke machines to mix drinks were at lumber jacks with better equipped staff for checkouts. Trash needs emptied more frequently as they were overflowing.
