Update: one star for this order. Not only did delivery not notify when arrived, they left it on the wet porch to get rained on and by the time I checked just out of curiosity everything was cold. Not the first time delivery has just dropped food off without notifying or knocking. They don’t deserve the tip. Pass.

My GF got a bacon and pepperoni pizza and WOW. The crust was so crispy and delicious, cheese was extremely good, toppings really great. Just really amazing pizza! My taste buds are amazed!

Great service, great hot wieners and ice cold specialty root beer. Well worth the visit. It is located in the same building as Gator’s Pub but go in the side door. Or go into Gator’s grab a beer and head into Lumber-Jacks. Mouth watering pizza, dine-in, take-out or delivery.

Just beware, used slice to order and it defaults your pizza to Alfredo sauce. Who wants that? Why is that an option for a pepperoni pizza? Called and the girl said she would “let someone know”. Thanks I guess? Usually decent pizza though.

Very unsatisfactory customer service. I ordered food and paid and tipped using slice. When I arrived for pick up my order was not made and they were out of tuna. I understand these things happen but make it right! Lumberjacks manager refused to reimburse me as I left without any food only hungry children. I’ve worked in customer service and understand mistakes happen but do what you can as a business to make it right and keep your customers. Not only did I not get reimbursed but I tipped on this service!

I called In a order at 11:00 am as soon as they opened, for small pizza & sub. I arrived at Lumberjacks at 11:20 proceed to pay ahead. At 12:07pm I asked when my order would be ready after waiting 47 minutes that is from when I paid. I proceeded to ask when order would be ready girl said pizza were on there way out of oven. A woman who came in after me order 3 large pizzas and walked out before me. I then asked for owner. When she finally came over she was trying to blame girl answering phone. I said in no way was it her fault and I don’t think owner understood what I was trying to tell her. She then became rude and with an attitude. I will never go back!!! There are to many other places who love my business.

Never have been so poorly treated in my life. I asked for a partial refund bc I was overcharged and was called hostile , I was literally yelled at to sit down and wait for a full refund or I wouldn’t get one. He yelled at me like I was a child. Said I was being rude and hostile. I only wanted to be refunded the overcharge bc online says it was a deal for pick up. He got loud with me and kept yelling saying I wasn’t listening. Heavyset guy with a beard. I still can’t believe I was treated this way. I asked for a full refund since they couldn’t partial refund without a manager and after the awful customer service I was done and they refused to give me a receicpt for my refund and then processed to hold down the receipt when I asked for a picture of it like I was going to run with it.

Twice we have ordered lumber Luna pizzas, they are no different than original lumberjack pizzas. Don’t order thinking you’ll get historic Mezza Luna tasting/Style pizza. Staff did not care, “I guarantee this is a lumber Luna pizza”. The only difference is crust and sauce. Locals know it’s not! Don’t lie to me when I’ve ordered two different types of pizzas and they all taste the same.
