Came for a business lunch and the service was very attentive and was a nice quiet setting in a beautiful setting of Laguna Beach. The chicken had a nice flavor and was perfectly cooked to a Coca Cola brown char on top.

Came in for lunch on a Saturday, food was delicious and hot! Great atmosphere it was warm and cozy and our waiter Dave was a nice guy kept checking on us to make sure we were ok. The fish and chips were great! Portion size was good and my favorite part was that it was all fresh food.

The cornbread, baby back ribs, meatloaf, skirt steak, and salmon salad were amazing! Highly recommend the baby back ribs with street corn overall. The portion was huge and the flavor was great. The meat came off the bone so easily! Everyone finished their meal quickly. The apple mango cobbler was good as well!

It was busy and we walked in on a Friday night, they were pretty busy… They are on open table though, so you can make reservations. For us it was a last minute as our other plans fell through, so we sat at the bar…full menu. The drink menu has unusual drinks but it’s also a full bar. Had the grilled artichoke for appetizer…yummm. For dinner, I had the pasta dish and my husband had the fish and chips. Both were very good. It was a bit noisy, but it’s a Friday night, anywhere you go is going to be busy and noisy. It was downtown in the shopping area.

We were searching for local happy hour restaurants and this one pop up. When we arrived, we were told they did not have a happy hour during the summer. Interesting as I am sure many people come to Laguna in the summer. Service was great, very prompt. Food was nice.

One of our favorite ‘goto’ places in all of Laguna. Great menu, great food and always so consistent. We have had many celebratory dinners and business lunches here. Also, great for late night dessert and live music. Not to mention that the owner/operator is one of THE most generous and charitable people you will ever meet. We love the Lumberyard!
