I have been ordering the same classic avocado toast since first day. And it tastes good! But today i was very disappointed. Are they running out of avocados or has the cook been changed? The best coffee and customer experience within a 35 mile radius. This location is well run. They know how to cultivate a great experience start to finish. I’m in love with the Italian blend. This was my first time coming into Lumina. The decor is very welcoming and gives you a sense of calm and focus. Today was a particularly busy day, but even with that, the size of the room evened out the loud talking. The staff members were very kind and efficient. Even though it was busy I do not think I even waited 5 minutes for my drink. The manager Emilie is definitely on top of things. This place has a lot more room than Starbucks for those looking for a place to study or read. I will definitely be back. Thank you for the great customer service.

Last Saturday, I purchased a Medium Mocha Cappuccino via the drive-thru as I was leaving town. The coffee itself was enjoyable, but unfortunately, towards the end of the drink, I encountered an unexpected small blue plastic piece in my mouth, clearly not part of the coffee’s ingredients. I promptly contacted Lumina to share this incident, and they connected me with a male manager who assured me that I could receive a complimentary replacement drink and a refund. I explained that I couldn’t return that day, and he kindly reassured me that I could come in at my convenience, mentioning that he had made a note of the situation.

I am mostly reviewing this on coffee and that isn’t great: All origins are over roasted, stored on shelves without dates, and smell the same. I had the drip and it was just charcoal. Not really drinkable. 1 star coffee.

This is a nice little coffee shop. There are plenty of places to lounge around and study while drinking coffee and ample parking. However, I don’t think they do a good job cleaning. The bathroom was nasty and I got a bit sick after having coffee here. I did not see a manager working at the time
