We are a family owned and operated micro business. We started as a catering business in 1982. Throughout the years the business has grown into a lunch provider for suppliers at the Toyota plant and we are now an open to the public food truck!! We love what we do and we believe it shows in our food. All of our food is homemade from our slow smoked meats to our sides and even our desserts. We even purchase the bread used for our sandwiches and Po’Boys from a local baker. We are enjoying the step we have taken with our food truck and look forward to putting any of our extra time and effort into renovating the building on our commercial property into a restaurant that will bring delicious food and an enjoyable atmosphere to our local community!

Ordered a few large family meals for pickup for a BBQ we were having. They checked in with me the day of the pickup and waited until I was on my way to prepare and pack so the food was still fresh and hot when I got there. Super friendly service and delicious food. Would highly recommend.
