I went there today and got their horchata, which was ok. I prefer it being a little sweeter. I ordered 3 steak tacos with the corn tortillas and a steak quesadilla. The tacos was really good and the tortillas were on point. What kind of threw me off was the sizes of the quesadilla. I’m use to it being a bigger portion, and not the sizes of a taco. Overall the food was really good. Now let’s get to the price because I’ve seen a lot of folks complaining about it being too high. I’ve paid $25 for 3 tacos and a quesadilla. That’s normal to me because I value authentic good quality tacos. I usually pay $4 for a steak tacos with zero complaints. Honestly this is the best steak tacos I’ve had In albemarle. Would I recommended it and come again? Absolutely!!! I think once they have a full bar and get things established, it’s going to be a big hit far as it being a top spot for authentic tacos.

First off, this is NOT a fast food restaurant. Everything is made to order when you order so I would recommend having free time or calling ahead. Now that that is out of the way, this food is great! I’ve eaten there a few times and I have been happy every time I went in. Plus, they now have Churros!

Ordered two al pastor tacos and 1 beef tongue taco with a side of rice. Ordered water because they didn’t have any iced tea. The food was pretty good. A little pricey but it was worth it.

This place is TERRIBLE. I tried calling down there 4 times in order to place a take-out order and no answer. So I drive down to the place after no phone answer and see someone walking inside as I’m pulling in, but doors are locked when I try to go inside. I tried every door and all employees are standing there looking at me with no interest. I feel racially profiled and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, I would not have been treated in this manner if they genuinely valued customers.

These tacos are very good with fresh home made tortillas and yes with fresh guacamole on the carne asada and the lengua even better. This is the only taqueria in Albemarle that has anything close to tasting like a taco and I mean like 4.9 out of 5. Ill always pay more for quality and quality they have.
