We were visiting Kanab from NYC and wanted to try non-American food so we went to Luo’s Cafe. We’ve had so many Chinese food in NY, but Luo’s Cafe was the worst by far. This (in the pic) was over $15! Plus, I asked to not give us any rice but they didn’t listen. I wouldn’t pay $4 for this! If their restaurant were in NYC, they’ll close within 3 days. Nobody will eat their horrible food.

If there’s any other restaurant open in town, just go somewhere else, for your money and stomach.

Food was okay, not much different from you get in California Chinese restaurant, but didn’t expect to find the place in this high Utah altitude city.

Let’s start with the positive first, it has a great location and a decent parking lot. But that ends there. The food is heavy on the oil and small portion for the price. The indoor eating area is dark and old. Not impressed.

House fried rice was the star of the show. Loved how every grain of rice was individually separated; it’s what fried rice should be but many restaurants fail to accomplish. It was flavorful and not salty; just perfect.

We got here during the Christmas when other restaurants were close. However, it id not make us disappointed. Food are great and come in good portion. It was pretty crowded at that time. Seems like a good place for Chinese food in town.

We used to love going here it always had great food in abundance but now I’m very disappointed I got half the amount of food we used to and definitely not the same quality it used to be either. The prices have gone up and size and quality have gone down. I understood when we had all the covid restrictions that some places charged extra for to go but to up your prices and still charge extra for to go food is ridiculous. Won’t be going again.

Was very good Chinese food. In such a small town, I was not expecting a lot. I was pleased to find how good it was. It wasn’t busy, but I think this is due to the building needing an update. I will go here again.

We were a group of over 10. The portions were extremely small, and the silverware didn’t appear to be cleaned thoroughly. The place was wear and tear everywhere—even holes were in some of the walls. We also witnessed the main waiter trying to charge a couple over 20% just for having soup in takeout containers. The chinese food is scary.
