We had the pleasure of celebrating my son’s 21st birthday at this restaurant, and it was an excellent choice for the occasion. The ambiance was perfect and the set up for our party of 20 was better than we expected. The food was absolutely delicious, and the experience exceeded our expectations. Even the cocktails were on point. However, what truly made the evening extraordinary was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Our waitress, Emily, was a true gem. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring that everyone in our large group had everything they needed and constantly checking on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the dining experience all the more enjoyable. Moreover, we were impressed by the attentive presence of the manager, Robert Rodriguez. Throughout the evening, he made sure to stop by our table multiple times, making sure that we were well taken care of and that everything was up to our satisfaction. This level of personal attention from the management truly made us feel like valued guests. Our son’s 21st birthday celebration at Lupe Tortillas in New Braunfels was a great choice. We left with full stomachs and hearts, and we will undoubtedly return for future celebrations or simply to enjoy another fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended!

New favorite. We sat in the bar and the garage style open windows made it feel like we were on vacation. I ordered Fajitas and they were delicious. The handmade tortillas did not disappoint. My husband had the Crab & Avocado enchiladas which were also amazing and the portion was perfect. Friendly servers every-time. Overall great atmosphere & food.

We always have a great time at Lupe Tortilla! The food is always cooked to perfection and I can’t say enough about the tasty drinks! We love the open patio! I’ve brought my whole family here. It has also been a great place for date nights with my hubby! The service has always been great! We like to look at the wait list on their website to plan accordingly. 10/10 recommend.

I came for brunch, waited about 15-20 minutes for 2 people. Our waitress was Kenzie, she was so funny and attentive! Our food came in fairly quickly, I love the chorizo egg taco because of the fluffy eggs, I’d definitely recommend it to someone who loves breakfast tacos. The fried banana was delicious, crispy and sweet.

I’ve been to this locations several time. Each and every time the food is hot, fresh, and delicious. Drinks are also excellent and get the job done FAST. It can be pricey, but worth it. The only bad is the speed of service. I feel since they’ve opened, the wait time for food has gotten even longer. However, I don’t complain as much especially when the food comes out as good as it always does.

This is a chain!? Certainly didn’t seem like a chain. All I got was a great dining experience that seemed to have started with a quality set of ingredients. This location is new so it took a crazy amount of time to seat us (even with a lot of empty seats), but once seated everything took off. The service was good and the food better. Had a simple taco salad and enjoyed every bite. The chips and salsa were great too. Can’t wait to sample thru more of the menu.

Wait was 90 min. But we didn’t online. So we waited at the restaurant for lile 30 min or so. We went to the bar. Drinks are good. Good service. Server was good. We waited a bit for the food. Even though by the time we were sitted the restaurant wasnt full. Food was good. Is not cheap but expected for Lupe Tortilla. They have good fajitas. I would for sure go back. I mostly go to the one in Stone Oak. I do love their chips and the beans ans salsa as a starter.
