Delivery driver never showed up for work, so they kindly informed me about 30m after the website said it would be delivered. Unfortunate timing I guess, but I’m right around the corner so I did pick-up instead. The food lately has been amazing, so if you’re a delivery driver in need of work, they are looking for help! I had to wait a bit for service at the front, but I know that they hadn’t started my order, YMMV. I’m guessing that the person working is also the new owner. Huge improvement in the quality of food over the 1990’s Myspace times (guessing former owners). I’ll keep this famous pizza parlor in the food rotation!

Poor experience with Lupi’s. Put in an order online for delivery, received order confirmation but 1 1/2 hours later still no food, well past quoted delivery time. We call them and get no answer. I drove there, see the flashing “OPEN” sign in the window but front door is locked. Walk around side, theres a door open, lights on but not a soul in sight. I call out for someone and no one answered. I left and sent email asking for explanation and refund. They reply confirming refund, but completely sidestep the main issue, offer no explanation and no call as I requested. Bad business.

I ordered a xl round on 4-14-23. Pizza seemed like it was a left over from a previous day. Very cold and dry hard to cut. Not even a little warm. Never again! I also think i was over charged. My bill came to 22 and change. The pie was 14.99 extra pepperoni was 3.79 with 7 percent tax should of been 20.09 I will never return or recommend Lupis! Since this over charge I would not trust these people with any charge card! And i promiss you i will keep a eye on the card used i will call the Ross twp police if need be!

The order was wrong and not all of the food was received. I called back and was told the driver would deliver the missing food. That didn’t happen. Rip off, I paid for food that was not delivered.

Put online order in time to pick up 705p get there and the door is locked no lights on so I figure maybe different door walk along the side and door is open so I yell (hello)and was yell back at to get out of here we are closed when I tried to talk about my online order I was told worry about your refund and get lost we’re closed will NEVER again call or order from this place 0 stars

I wish I could give them a better rating because I’ve had 2 other good experiences there. But unfortunately I can’t. I placed an online order for some boneless wings and a sub. It’s a convenient walk across the parking lot from necromancer so we got a table and beer and then I walked over to grab the food.

I have been ordering from Lupi’s for many years. I have never gotten a bad meal. Their delivery drivers are amazing. The owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met and he is genuinely appreciative of my business. The pizza is always fantastic but try the meatball hoagie. You won’t be sorry.
