The Birria tacos are absolutely to die for. Like so good you question everything you’ve ever eaten before that moment. The tacos themselves are so perfect, and the sauce is the best I’ve had. The chips and Guac are also so fresh and packed with flavor, it’s actual proper guacamole as well. The owner and staff are so warm and welcoming. The place is tucked away in a liquor store and take out only. Can’t wait until I’m back in the area to stop by. 10/10.

The carne asada burrito and quesabirria tacos are out of this world. I’ve also tried the quesadillas, gorditas, Street tacos and I honestly haven’t had food this good since I left San Diego. They’re super friendly and If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and stop. You won’t be disappointed!

I’m just a white dude from the suburbs. This is hands down the best Mexican food I’ve ever eaten, ever, life changing. I now separate my life timeline from before I had a birrea taco and after I had a birrea taco. The beans are good the salsas are amazing. I wish I lived there in the liquor store I could sleep on the floor and eat tacos every day. Well done

I went to Lupita’s for quick lunch tacos. It is located inside of a store. It was really a quick trip (under 10 minutes). I had three different street tacos (Carne Asada, Al Pastor and Pollo). Each of them were delicious. I will be back and recommend Lupita’s to anyone who wants authentic street Tacos.
