Not cheap. No service, but the Espanic bus boy was attentive to take away your empty dishes and give porridge refill. Hopefully he’s able to get tips share. It’s clean over all.

During my 2nd pregnancy I came here for take outs(dinner) quite often. It never gave me any upset tummy and my family enjoys their dishes. Some of our favorites: black fungus, soy sauce pork ribs, mapo tofu, winter melon, shredded spicy potatoes. There are not too many people eating there but there are always customers for take outs. 3 dishes and steam rice for 2 (big box) a little over $30 so it’s not cheap but you have the convenience to get yummy dinner in less than 6 min with no bad surprises since the quality and consistency of their dishes stays the same.

This fast-food eatery is way overpriced. Unlike most other Chinese fast-food restaurants, entrees here are individually priced and no flat price is applied to individual orders. Most entrees on its menu, despite their much smaller portion, are priced at the same level as standard full-size entrees from full-scale Chinese restaurants. All entrees on the server counter are ready-made, which are kept lukewarm at best and some of which are left cold. Some entrees seem to be reheated and therefore have lost their fresh flavor and even become too tough to chew. Overall, entrees at this eatery are clearly overpriced and their quality (and esp. taste) can’t compare with those at a typical full-scale Chinese restaurant.

Great place to get some Chinese comfort food. The standard here is rice porridge with pumpkin, which is great for a breezy day here in SoCal. Some of my favorites include the soy sauce tofu, pork and bamboo, and eggplant. Definitely come hungry because it’s a lot of food. Their lunch special is a great deal.

I had bad diarrhea after had take out over there. Despite the fact that they’re totally overpriced, bringing a bad diarrhea just make this place on my backlist.

I wonder why this place review is so low. Their porridge rock!!! I’ve been in another branch before (before this i have no idea this place has other branch) their porridge is always good. Friendly staffs and easy parking.

I used to like this place more, but I’ve realized that their costs have gone way up. I’m not sure I’m willing to pay their prices for extremely oily and salty food.
