The food was great. The service was bad. It seemed like one waiter was serving the entire restaurant. We had to ask for something as little as a coke and straw like 5 times before the server actually remembered to bring it over to us. Food took a very long time to come out though it was tasty and hot when it arrived.

I’ve been here a few times just to give the most accurate review possible. So I will say that it’s definitely not the most diverse place to patron and you will get stares from other customers as well as the employees if not of the culture. The food was good all four times that I’ve been but the customer service has been less than pleasing on each visit( 2x carry out, 2x dine in.) The outside seating area is has lots of seating and is perfect to hookah. Everything is reasonably priced and it’s close to my neighborhood so I’ll most likely go back. I would highly suggest to not try this establishment on any day that you are short on patience or having high expectations. I also recommend ordering everything at once and even requesting the check so you are not waiting for the server for a long period of time.

Lush Cafe I just went to lush cafe and ordered there chicken Hakka noodles. After receiving the noodles I took a first bite nothing much, then after a second bite I find a baby cockroach/ insect in my food how unacceptable! Then to make it worse we call over the manager and he is clueless doesn’t know how to react or, respond how pathetic do at waste your money or time here who knows how much bugs are in there food!

Compare with their prices of the food, quality of the food is below average. They need to improve their food quality and service. Instead of bring order at once they’ll send your order in peaces. Management should focus on food quality and customer service. Tea was very good.

The Hookah was a disappointment even after telling them that it wasn’t running right after a few puffs. They insisted that this is the way it is. The tea cup had no handle making it impossible to drink.

I went with my family. We ordered 5 dishes and ask for 3 glasses of tap water. Later we found out that we are getting charged $7.50 for the 3 glasses of tap water. Staff is not trained well.

The service wasn’t the worst, but could definitely improve. The hookah head was terrible though, and the main reason I came here. Only one there that did not smoke good. One guy tried to help and it only helped for 2 puffs, but that was after 30 minutes of trying to smoke with that head. It burned quickly and no one really came around. I’ve smoked hookah often and can say this was the worst head. Got fries as well but they were barely warm when handed to us and a roach came out of nowhere while we were seated inside. I can tell the place isn’t bad from the other people having a good time smoking, but for some reason I couldn’t get a decent hookah smoke with no offer of an exchange for it.
