Coming from Miami this is the best, most authentic Jamaican food I’ve had in the city. Huge portions, and the stew chicken and rice had us shaking our heads it was so unbelievably good. The side of cabbage and rice were amazing as well! All for $13 a plate.

Got the lunch deal stew chicken comes with cabbage, rice and peas, and plantains. I got more rice to replace plantains. The chicken was really good cooked perfectly. Also got mac & cheese. It was good . The cabbage taste like it could have been cooked a little longer. But overall great price and good food. Also really good patties $2 and some change. Definitely recommend trying it.

Late to the review but the food was amazing. Had the stew chicken where the meat was falling off the bones. Paired with some fantastic sauce and rice to go with it. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the cabbage, but I firmly believe no restaurant/cook can make me like it.

Really enjoyed my meal and experience at Lyon’s. Ordered a oxtail dinner plate. Total was $17 and some change. The portion was large and the oxtails were huge. The food was delicious, but i do agree with another reviewer… the cabbage could use a little more seasoning but that’s my only critique. The cashier was super friendly and I was in and out quick. All in all a great experience. Looking forward to going back and trying more.

Great food, and great service. The brown chicken is to die for. The staff is awesome, but make sure your stomach is empty when you go because they pile the plates high. If you order the cake, beware, it is massive and more than enough for two people.

Big fan of their spicy beef and curry chicken patties. Can make a meal from just 2 patties for under $5. Had their jerk chicken lunch special and it was delicious @ only $8.99. I ordered a jerk chicken platter and it was tasty. The chicken is Top quality cooked to perfection. I definitely enjoyed the jerk flavor and the way it was cooked. I plan to order from this place again. Yummy!
