The brainchild of Chef George Patti and Sommelier Thomas Smith, M.E.A.T. isn’t your typical burger joint; we smoke all of our own meats onsite, make our sausage in-house and even create our own condiments from scratch. Hands down best burgers & Mac&cheese ive ever had in my LIFE!!! The macc& cheese i almost fell out if my chair it was so good. The burger was perfectly seasoned. The wings were phenomenal. If i could give this place another star I would. 10 out of 10!!!

The inside out juicy Lucy is delicious! I ordered it medium rare with bacon on top! The bacon had great flavor and the burger itself was delicious. After the first bite all of the cheese oozes out of the center and the flavor is wonderful. I also ordered a side of onion rings that were cooked perfectly and had a great cheese sauce to compliment them. Highly recommend this restaurant!

A buddy and I rode to Boca Raton from the Tampa Bay Area just to try this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Joe greeted us and explained the menu and beer selection, once ordered beverages and food arrived in timely manner; no surprises there. But then….boom!!!!! One bite of the burger and I immediately forgot about the close to four hour ride it took to get there. Nor did I care about the journey that was ahead of us getting back to Tampa. I took my time and savored the food, even had another tasty beverage, served by the lovely Liz, to wash everything down. We heard that The M.E.A.T. Eatery had the best burgers in Florida and I have to say, I can’t argue with that statement. Totally worth a visit no matter where you are coming from. I will definitely be headed back in the near future. The only drawback is not being able to try everything on the menu in one sitting!

My husband, my sister, and myself tried this restaurant due to a write up about them on the internet. We tried their smoked chicken wings, the Nancy Pants cheeseburger, Cowboy burger, truffle parmesan fries, onion rings, coleslaw, and smoked potato salad. Chef George cooked everything to perfection and seasoned it all just right. We also got the key lime in a jar and Reese’s bread pudding for dessert, but got it to go and haven’t tried it yet. I’m sure the dessert will be awesome as well. Julie was a fantastic server, who treated us like family. If you haven’t tried them yet, do yourself a favor and go!

Amazing place for burgers but also a great place for some good apps. I tried the fried banana peppers, and the coquette’s. The coquette’s blew my mind. Definitely a different take on them but they are a must try. I decided to go with the juicy Lucy. This burger has pimento cheese in the center with American cheese on top. Definitely a great mixture and the flavors come together perfect. I also tried the cowboy burger and the wings. Both were on point and truly amazing. Really cool place with great vibes and the owner is a stand up guy.

Came here for lunch with my wife and 2 boys. We were greeted by Amy and she took good care of us. The menu was short and simple but everything we ate was delicious. I understand why they’ve won so many awards and competitions. The star of the show is definitely the smoked wings. They are sweet, sticky and meaty with a light smoky flavor. A must-have! We’ll be back!
