Any and every time we are able to we get dinner or lunch from MI Vegan. It’s worth it every time. The operators are stellar and pleasant to see each time and the food is stellar. It’s nice especially if you are vegetarian or vegan. We have been for years now and sometimes it’s a struggle to find something you can be sure is vegetarian at things like food trucks. It’s nice to know there is one nearby we can trust and serves bomb food at that! We’ve tried the burger, fries, wings, and tots. Never have we been disappointed.

My first time, finally!! I had the Torch Lake Tacos and the Loaded Tator Tots. Both were very good, I loved the spicy cheesy sauce. Very friendly and fast service. Can’t wait to try more!

We had M I Vegan cater an event and they did a phenomenal job. Many of the attendees enjoyed vegan options and trying foods they many not usually eat. I had the burger and it was delicious. I had several attendees tell me they appreciated having a vegan truck that was tastefully unique. Hire them for your event, you will not be disappointed!!

Omg…seriously…found this truck in Addison tonight at the Pinnacle event and bought almost one of everything. Hubby got the burger and went back and fot ANOTHER one This is LEGIT, the best food I’ve had in…a LONG time!! I thanked you for feeding my soul, and I meant that!!!!!
