Had the most wonderful experience at m pocha. Went in and they had no tables available (graduation weekend) . Had my kids and parents party of 7. We went across the street to think where we would go. Ben the waiter came to us and said his manager, Theresa, had let him know they could accommodate us at that time, catching us completely by surprise in the best way possible! We sat down for a wonderful meal filled with surprises at every corner. Each item was completely different and absolutely delicious. Our waiter, Ben, also made sure we were well tended to throughout our meal. We appreciated everything about our experience, and we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to dine at M Pocha!

We stopped by on a random weekday evening for dinner. Although the place is small, it’s well decorated and has a lively atmosphere. We got a few dishes to share and thought they tasted great.

We can’t help but be sentimental when thinking about our experiences at M Pocha…it is the location of our first date and we have taken many friends and family there! The ambiance is fun and inviting, the service attentive, the food is overall great and reasonably priced. Some visits are better than others in terms of consistency. We recently visited again and indulged in some our favorites such as the spicy pork buns and gai lan (arguably one of the best vegetable dishes we have had with the perfect amount of funky and sweet). The meat mandu, on the other hand, was rather bland and texturally unappealing (dumpling fell apart easily). Other dishes like the lobster mac and burger feel a bit out of place but the burger is delicious none the less. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is because M Pocha is an overall good but not extraordinary Asian fusion restaurant. For example, we have yet to fall in love with any of their noodle or rice dishes. Finally, we love the communal feel of the space (large center table, counter, and bar) so maybe it is time to remove the plastic dividers from pandemic times?

Great food and service! Everything tastes great. Can’t say it’s authentic, but it does not have to be. It has its own multi-layer flavors which makes you can’t stop. We ordered fried chicken, Dan Dan noodle. And the vegetable is amazing. Btw, if you are looking for non-alcoholic drink, Yuzi sparkling is high recommended!

M Pocha is a serious experience for your taste buds. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, food or drink. It’s a bit expensive, but entirely worth the price and the service is top notch. We ordered several different dishes, all of which were incredible, but I’d like to bring special attention to the cheeseburger on their menu. We were told this was a sleeper item, because as our waiter noted, “Who orders a cheeseburger at an Asian restaurant?” Lo and behold, this was one of the best burgers I’ve had the privilege to eat. It’s absolutely on par with the wonderful burger at Bar Virgile, and maybe even better.
