M Sushi is dedicated solely to high-quality seafood. Our menu is small and purposeful, and uses only very special, seasonal seafood received directly from Japan, Korea, and the US. The quality of our dishes is a direct result of our dedication to fresh ingredients, and our emphasis placed on maintaining traditional Japanese cuisine with Peruvian and Spanish influences. M Test kitchen – The Food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. The food was amazing. Lamb has never been this good. My top 3 are the scallops (melted in your mouth), the chicken wings indescribably good, and the green beans, amazing!!!! Drinks were great- ask for a tequila special- manager made- highly recommended!! Server Sam was excellent and tended to our table of 5 with ease! Overall, it was a great experience. Please treat yourself to this amazing place in the heart of Fenton Cary NC!!! 10 out of 10!!

We dined at the M Test kitchen. The food was just perfect. The chef came out and spoke to us and explained what we ordered. We had a vegetarian friend with us, there was a dish that had fish in its sauce. The chef came out and grabbed the dish before our vegetarian friend tried it. I think that was incredible.

We came here for the first time for a date night. Our reservation was for 5:15 and we arrived right on time. Pros – food was incredible. Sushi was fantastic and the peach mocktail was DELICIOUS. Cons – service. We didn’t get greeted at our table for 15 minutes. Our waitress after that point did well but wasn’t overly personable. I expected a better overall experience but the food was very good.

We love trying omakase wherever we go, and M Sushi didn’t disappoint. The presentation of the food was gorgeous and we got a lot more than we thought we would. The pictures included in this post are of the Grand Omakase.

It was a windy Friday Night. We were in the mood for some sushi and decided to give this M Sushi a try. We made reservations a few weeks in and advance as they fill up due to their small size.

I heard about M Sushi from a friend and decided after all the fanfare it was time to book a table and check it out. I’ll start off by highlighting that this place is worth it!

Absolutely delicious and welcoming quaint sushi spot in Fenton. Make a reservation and bring a small bag because it is very small but features huge flavors. The service was exceptional. Very stylish and well thought out. I hesitated to write this review because I would love for this place to stay a secret. The scallops, the caviar, extraordinary. Can’t wait to come back.

We love M sushi Durham and M sushi Cary lived up to the high bar. We had the nigiri omakase and every single thing was excellent. Service was great and we really enjoyed our meal. Things to note: the menu is more limited than the Durham location and in order to do omakase your entire table must order it, which isn’t the case in Durham.
