M Test kitchen – The Food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. The food was amazing. Lamb has never been this good. My top 3 are the scallops (melted in your mouth), the chicken wings indescribably good, and the green beans, amazing!!!! Drinks were great- ask for a tequila special- manager made- highly recommended!! Server Sam was excellent and tended to our table of 5 with ease! Overall, it was a great experience. Please treat yourself to this amazing place in the heart of Fenton Cary NC!!! 10 out of 10!!

A great addition to the M line. We enjoyed the tartare so much we had to get a second round. Service was excellent and the waiter had some good suggestions. Most things are shareable but they will let you know if something is not. Get a reservation and test it out!

My husband and I are huge fans of the M franchise here in the triangle, and I don’t think we ever thought one of the locations could replace M Sushi in Durham as our favorite. But WOW. This new location and concept is just amazing! I love the idea of a changing and rotating menu that adds variety to each experience (which while we love M in Durham I don’t feel like there’s really ever anything new anymore for us to explore on the menu). Everything we had was so delicious! Every dish seemed very well thought out and balanced and was very much enjoyed by both of us. I was not expecting to LOVE the caviar concoction as much as I did (2 orders pictured) but it was probably our favorite thing on the menu and such a wonderful surprise how perfectly balanced it was. Chef Connor (hope I spelled that right) has a great vision for this place I feel and is so welcoming when we’ve seen him at previous locations. We will 100% be back soon! If you’re like me and like looking at the menu ahead of time and kind of planning what you’ll get, don’t be disappointed if what’s on the menu online isn’t on their current menu due to it changing frequently. Everything we had, even the dishes we didn’t expect to see on the menu, was definitely worth it! Cant wait to see how this place evolves!

We experience M Sushi a few weeks ago enjoyed the food and service, Jordan walked us inside M Test kitchen and shared a bit. So on I return trip we tried out M Test kitchen, and was very impressed with the food and outstanding service. You felt welcome, and appreciated. Looking forward to this being a regular destination for us.

I recently visited M Taste Kitchen and had a mixed experience. Let’s start with the positives: the food was undeniably good. The flavors were delicious, and the dishes were well-prepared, which left a positive impression. However, I must mention that the restaurant’s size was quite small and somewhat uncomfortable. The cramped space made it difficult to have a relaxed dining experience.

The long awaited opening of a Test Kitchen is finally over and the wait did not disappoint. The ambiance is great with flowing natural light and a modern industrial feel. The dishes were well thought out and very well executed. My favorites were the lobster shumai and the green curry. The only thing I’d recommend they improve on is speed of service. I think the dishes should’ve been spaces out just a little bit further apart from one another. Other than that chef Conner’s menu is and I’ll be back again!!

AMAZING. The M brand is a force to be reckoned with. I have really enjoyed all of his restaurants, with M Pocha/Tempura coming in at the bottom and M Sushi (Durham)/Koko at the top.
