This was my first time coming to Mac Shack and the food was delicious! I had a hard time trying to decide what I wanted. I decided on the Tucson chicken. It was so Cheesy and yummy. I just wish the noodles were bigger or you got a little more. The staff was very nice and welcoming.

My boyfriend and I had such a great experience. We chose here for my birthday dinner, th atmosphere was so chill. The employee’s were so nice and had really good recommendations. The food definitely was a 10/10. Everything was so delicious. We each got a Mac and a sandwich. I’d definitely come here again.

Fantastic experience! It was a long wait, but we are so happy that it is finally opened! I had the buffalo chicken mac, and it had just the right amount of spice and cheese. My wife, who is both lactose and soy free, was generously accommodated. We met both the owner (thanks Ash!) and the general manager (thanks Marissa!) came out to check on us and confirm a few details of the food modifications. They went above and beyond, and we will definitely be back.

I recently dined at Mac Shack, and I must say, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. The lack of flavor in the food was truly disheartening. I ordered a variety of dishes, hoping to indulge in some delectable mac and cheese creations, but each bite left me unsatisfied.

Food was good, service was slow, atmosphere was average – but also not a must-have for me. Oversll, only 3 stars because I spent $15 here on a mac n cheese bowl, but a similar restaurant (MACS) has better and larger bowls for the same price. Will not be returning – the food quality and portion sizes were good, but not good enough for the $15 price.
