My daughter has always loved coming here! She orders the chicken sandwich. Its fried fresh, and the Focaccia bun is almost the best part!

We were going to go to a chain restaurant when we passed by this place. It caught my boyfriends attention and he was so drawn to it, we switched our dinner plans. Boy are we so glad we did!!!

Old school, small town environment, HUGE portions, that will take you 3 days to eat. Delicious food and choices. Lots of nostalgia, and a quaint gift shop. 13/10!! My favorite place to eat when I am in town. Highly recommended!

The food is terrible. Soggy cold potatoes, the pancakes have an odd soapy taste. The blueberries tasted spoiled. My youngest two barely ate their pancakes, and they ALWAYS eat pancakes. Service is slow. We got sat behind a HUGE party and it was too loud to hear our oder. The girl was kind and the coffee and toast were great but I’d never come back.

First time back in many many years. We were seated very promptly. Not overly busy but they had groups spread out around the entire facility. Our waitress was very good and refilled our drinks. We swapped out the coleslaw for fried apples and this was amazing. Barbeque sauce was very good.

I really enjoyed the food here you get a lot for your money. The gift shop is really nice. Very clean restaurant. Great for family get togethers. Tim is the manager, and he is fantastic. Mel was our waitress, and she went above and beyond the call of duty. Just an FYI, she works on Wednesday and Thursday. Go get out and see what a great waitres she is.

Well, I drove by this place a bunch of times, and now I regret that decision! You drive up and see tractors and fake animals, but when you walk in, you are greeted by a store of sorts that has a down-home feal and some neat irems in it. Then you get seated! The food is monster portions and absolutely delicious….. everything from the soup to the pie was just out of this world, good and worth the stop in for a meal. My only issue was I ate everything put on the table, just tood good to stop!

Stayed in Rockford last night on the way to pickup some pheasant eggs in Wisconsin. So I always check into the locals restaurants and this one caught my eye.

This place is awesome . I’ve been here a few times over the past 15 years . They never disappoint . The waitress Kelsey was very happy to be there . Not like other waitresses who hate their jobs . She knew the menu and sides . I would highly recommend this place to everyone .

Brit was an excellent server handling multiple tables. The food was excellent. A very neat clean well decorated restaurant. Food and service excellent. We have visited two of these locations now and both were great. One of the best breakfast restaurants in Illinois. Great atmosphere and service.
