If you’re looking for a classic Motown spot with great food and cheap prices, Macho is the place to go. The menu has a variety of options, and everything I’ve tried has been very good. The best part is that you can fill up without breaking the bank. The atmosphere is cozy and unpretentious, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall, if you’re in the mood for some good food and good vibes, I highly recommend Macho.

Absolutely delicious! Clean inside, lots of seating, and very busy takeout. Definitely understand everyone’s reviews. Must get: macho nachos. Carne asada burrito could’ve had more meat, but the tres carnes was on point. Chorizo quesadilla was delicious. You can tell fresh ingredients are used.

Great food, awful service experience. Teenager, black curly hair as cashier was extremely rude to multiple people I saw, including my family. Was giving attitude, raising his voice at customers (about tacos of all things), had the clear “I don’t care about this job or anything” attitude, and when I asked a question about their hot sauces, he said “I don’t know..?” with a tone like he had no idea why someone would ever ask such a question. And then didn’t even try to ask anyone else who may know. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant, but thankfully the food was great at least. This is a common theme and has been occurring for years looking at their reviews. Great food does not outweigh god awful customer service

Macho Nacho is back and delicious as ever. Good size parking lot which you enter on Sussex Ave. Generally the same staff working there as before. Firebird burrito was excellent. Just prepare for a long wait if you order when you get there. Would suggest calling in your order ahead of time.

I wish I could leave -3 stars. Food was bad, customer service was even worse. Food was bland and greasy!! How is a chicken quesadilla SWIMMING in grease?? Watery salsa. No seasoning whatsoever on any of the food. The teen with the curly hair people mentioned in other comments? They’re telling the truth! His attitude was terrible.
