I thoroughly enjoyed my pork sandwich, but the fries are what really blew me away. They have a very unique flavor and texture, that I found to be delicious. The pulled pork sandwich, was quite dry and didn’t look all that special, but somehow still tasted freaking amazing. Super reasonable prices too. I would recommend if you live in the area or need a place to eat that’s not too far off i95. Overall 4.5/5

I got pulled pork, fries, and onion rings, and all of mine was good. Husband got the same thing except he got mac. He said it was all good. Zoe was a good server. They also do a military discount…. we have been a few more times, and now they say no military discount.

People rave about this “BBQ”. Being pulled pork does not make it BBQ. It was good for what it was but BBQ it was not. BBQ is a process, not just the name of a dish. Should have known by the lack of a smokey smell.

Mack’s Bar-Be-Que burgers are EXCELLENT! I’ve been ordering them for years and they always have a great flavor. There wings are meaty and delicious as well. It’s a BBQ joint yes, with GREAT burgers and wings also!

Ordered take out for 35 people. Very reasonable price and food was great. Got the pulled pork, beans and potato salad. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I picked the food up. Highly recommend if you need to feed a group.

I’m quite disappointed! Macks has been one of my favorite places to eat since I was a little girl I went today and orderd my usual BBQ sandwich fries and a drink . I took one bite out of my sandwich and threw it In the trash. It tasted like oven roasted pork even had the texture of stew meat . I don’t know when they stopped smoking the pork but when u like BBQ as much as me you know by the texture when it was in an oven instead of a smoker. . It was that way before as well and I thought it was just me but nope it’s not. I’m really gonna hate giving this place up.

Worked a 6 hour day in north Florida on Friday, got off and drove 7 hours to Charleston SC for a 10+ mile obstacle course race. Survived on sandwiches and snacks along the way. During the 7 hour drive home I realized my body needed fuel and Mack’s happened to be the closest place within my route when I randomly asked android auto to search, 1.2 miles actually. Anyway I got there and Tanya was extremely inviting and friendly as soon as I walked in and sat me immediately. I had no idea what to get and given my circumstances she recommended the French dip for something hearty and filling but also surprisingly cost friendly. It paid off handsomely and was very good especially with the battered fries on the side. When you go to Mack’s look for terrific Tanya and you’ll have a wonderful time.
